The Royal Rumble this year totally disappointed me, it is the mainstream PPV of WWE and which was bad this year. Even WrestleMania 25 was not up to the expectations. I mean it was 25th Anniversary and they should have done many big things, not just HBK vs Taker.

I remember in 2005, Hogan challenged Austin for a match, WM25 was the best place to have this match. But I wonder when will that match happen?

Huh, WWE superstars never retire, exactly. Austin has retired but still he comes to do secondary roles like being refree. Look at Flair, he was retired last year but came back again to involve in storylines. So I think they have to just decide about it, ask Austin and Hogan and the match will happen.

If Rock comes back to WWE, the WWE will light up.

Granted they show up, occasionally, but they don't wrestle anymore. when's the last time you've seen Stonecold Steve Austin actually wrestled a match?

The Rock won't ever come back to WWE. He doesn't give a crap about it anymore, unfortunately. Besides, if you think about it, John Cena is basically next generation of The Rock. A lot of their moves are similar, and they have extremely similar in-ring acting.

Cena doesn't even come close to becoming a Rock man. I mean look at what he wears, like a cartoon. The Rock had the best figure at that time, he was a little mature in his role, he was a best wrestler, the moves he used to do were great and unique. But Cena's move now called attitude adjustment is just a slam, he actually has no unique move. His body is normal like a normal guy. He was pushed hard by WWE and that is why stands today where he is.

I was saying similar in some aspect, but they are definitely not identical. They just have similar personas in some ways, and similar moves, and I really disagree with 'normal guy' body, but that is just me. All in all, the Rock was extremely charismatic, and no one would ever replace him. I agree, it would be fantastic if the Rock would come back, he was one of my favourite wrestler back then. However, even if the Rock does come back, I doubt WWE would light up significantly enough. The creative minds nowadays seem to favour heels a lot.

I'm sorry but any of you holding out hope for an Austin/Hogan match are gonna be highly disappointed sadly.

Austin can NEVER wrestle again (same thing with Taz). If he does he literally will put his ability to walk at stake. Yes I know, the same thing was said about HBK, but remember HBK had a surgery to repair his back that was unusual and Austin had the regular dealie where they fuse stuff up. Seriously, he can't wrestle anymore. It's probably hard enough for him to do stunners like he does, and I doubt he'll do many of those anymore either.

As for Hogan, the man has had both knees replaced recently, he's losing muscle mass, injuries and injuries over the years have broken him down. Now while he says he'd love to wrestle again, I just don't see it anytime soon. Maybe, maybe next WM if he really works at getting in shape. But it won't be against Austin.

As for Cena, yeah he's a regular shaped guy lol did you see his ass pick up Big Show AND Edge at WM? I know Edge slipped off a second or two later, but still that's at least what, 750 lbs or so?

The Rock? Screw him. WWE gave him everything he has on a silver platter including his beloved Hollywood career and he's done nothing but given the big boot to wrestling and WWE ever since he became Dwayne Johnson again. You don't see Cena running off to Hollywood and junking his WWE career do you? Sure, Cena hasn't exactly lit up Hollywood with anything, but prior to Mummy 2 and Scorpion King, what did Rock have? Zippo. Cena will get better as he goes along. He wasn't half bad in 12 Rounds honestly. And unlike Rock, Cena won't leave WWE when he gets a big fat payday. He might go and film more often but he'll always be there. He grew up a wrestling fan and always wanted to be a wrestler. His whole life is wrestling. Hate him all you want, he always give you 100%. It's not his fault the WWE books him to look like Superman all the time (though he did pick up Big Show and Edg...nm).

Now, I'm gonna go watch some old ECW stuff since ZZ Top is currently barfing on RAW.

How the moves are similar? May be only one is similar, like 5 knuckle shuckle and the elbow by the rock (I forgot the name of that move) otherwise the rock bottom and FU aren't similar, the STFU and sharp shooter aren't similar.

+1. Absolutely agreed. There's a reason why we don't see HBK wrestling much anymore. He REALLy pushed himself beyond his limit at Wrestlemania and that is the same with The Undertaker. There's a reason why many of the legends can't wrestle anymore, and it's all of the injuries they've sustained throughout their careers. Unfortunately, we have to live with what we have. Most of the awesome folks won't be coming back to wrestle. Ever. Especialyl not The Rock.

Recall his last interview, he didn't even SAY he wrestled, he said something along the lines of "All I've done, throughout my life, is acting." My best friend pretty much told me the Rock died in 2003, and this I agree.

Cena asn;t been to Hollywood may be because he is already fulfilling his dreams working in wwe films.

I do not hate Cena, he is a good wrestler but I just do not like him very much.

Agreed, those moves arent' similar, but you have to agree, that John Cena pretty much effectively replaced the Rock.

I also agree with him, the old guys aren't coming back. And yes I know the rock will not be back but if he comes, WWE will never be the same again.

WWE will never be the same, period. Even when the Rock does come back, ever, they'll just screw up his gimmick.

God, this Raw isn't looking promising either. Last week Raw is cool only because Seth Green hosted it >.>

Why are they having the Big Show bullying all the lightweight wrestlers -_-. Seriously. Why.

Are you kidding me? Forget about it. Cena cannot come to the caliber of Rock, how you say that he has replaced the rock?

Dusty Rhodes hosting today, right?

No, ZZ Top: http://rgcred.files.wordpress.com/2009/04/...oncert-shot.jpg

By filling the hole that The Rock left. He's not as great, nor as popular but he's doing it because WWE planned it.

Good call LOC on the old ECW stuff...I need to get some old ppv's going!

November to Remember or Anarchy Rulez

November to Remember 99 or 98.

It's pretty sad when HBK, who was out of action for what, 4 or so years (if not more) came back, and can still out wrestle 97% of the WWE's roster. There are very few who can touch HBK on the technical and spot side except for people like (maybe) Jeff Hardy, Eddie G and Chris B. There are others, but when it comes to spots and/or technical wrestling, that's a pretty high group of wrestlers. Oh, and Edge.

Yep. Matches are usually exciting when the said people are involved. Even though I enjoy HHH and john Cena, the only matches that I tend to find interesting are these people involved: HBK, Jeff Hardy, kofi Kingston, Evan Bourne, MVP and Rey Mysterio. Anyone else and it's just boring :\ or uninteresting. I'll have to John Morrison is getting interesting too.

WWE needs to push new guys now or they'll turn into TNA +1. All the WWE "best endeavours" club go to TNA and all the WWE rejects (sorry but it's true lol) though TNA does have quite the roster of youngens also. But ALL the top guys are older guys like Kevin Nash (wtf?) and Booker T (he still owns) and Kurt Angle (get rid of that damn mouth protector thingie!).

WWE has to push Jack Swagger, Evan Borne, Kofi Kingston, The Miz, John Morrison and guys like that to the moon. If they can shove Batista down our throats they can shove The Miz down our throats AND get him over. Could you imagine WM 26 headlined by either a John Morrison vs. Jack Swagger, or hell John Morrison vs. HBK?? My GAWD MY GAWD HE'S BROKEN IN HALF!

Sure, Undertaker and people like Hogan have their place but they can't expect to be main eventers forever. Flair knew when to get out (he hadn't gotten a main event push in a long time anyways, upper mid-card yes) but now he's supposedly itching to get back in the ring. I don't blame him. When you last 3 decades in the biz and pretty much MADE wrestling it's hard to let go. I just don't want to see the day Flair gets back into the ring and has a heart attack (anyone remember that WCW Nitro episode where he practically fainted during a promo? oy).

haha yeah...I remember he used to take his suit jacket off and then proceed to elbow drop it and go really red and nearly die or even better the mental hospital

RAW tonight - As we return from commercial, Cole and Lawler hype a new match for "Night Of Champions" which will be for the United States championship. It will be champion Kofi Kingston defending the strap in a "six-pack challenge" match which features Kingston vs. The Miz vs. Jack Swagger vs. Big Show vs. MVP vs. Carlito. This leads us to our next match.

Whoa, that's actually an awesome match. Just drop Big Sloth please?

yeah, I don't see the Undertaker lasting any time soon. It's only a matter of time until he'll retire, and I would say so within the next couple of years.

I agree, they need to give the new guys a chance to focus. I'd love to see the new guys getting shot at the top level matches. when's the last time you've seen anyone but these people winning WWE or World champion belt: HHH, Randy Orton, Edge, John Cena, Batista?

to be honest, TNA is far more exciting to watch than WWE, even with many of the veterans wrestling, they still tend to keep TNA extremely interesting, and you have to admit that they are definitely on the rise. Even if you say rejects, some people that went to TNA are pretty much sick of the direction TNA is taking (Taz, anyone?), and their gimmick are much more improved. (Take Victoria for example, I love her Tara gimmick with the Tarantula spider!), and Taz's debut to TNA last night!

Whoa, that's actually an awesome match. Just drop Big Sloth please?

Yes. please. get rid of him. He doesn't fit in that match -_-

wow way to ruin a match it could be freakin epic until you mention big show...

There aren't many guys who could make a totally retarded storyline actually seem cool like Flair could. Even the mental hospital stuff, he just owned the promos lol

Hey say what you will about Big Slow, he really is an impressive big man. Certainly not on the caliber of say a Mike Awesome (wink wink) or even Kevin Nash in his prime, but for a guy his size he's damn agile. Plus, when he gets in his "****ed off" mode, jesus I swear it looks like he could rip his opponents limbs off.

    • Google are hyprocrites for signing this. They have been pulling the same dirty tactics as Microsoft, only they do it on Android and ChromeOS.
    • In some countries the law has forced Microsoft to display a menu on a fresh install of Windows which asks which web browser you want and it will install that browser. This doesn't add any bloat to Windows. It simply an additional step when setting up a new PC.
    • Chrome is also a first party browser on Android and ChromeOS. And on those systems, Google is pulling the same dirty tactics as Microsoft does on Windows.
    • Unofficial script lets you install unreleased Windows 11 features without Microsoft Account by Sayan Sen Microsoft has been steadily evolving the Windows Insider Program over the years, introducing new channels and testing paths that allow enthusiasts to experience upcoming and yet-to-be-released Windows features (some interesting hidden ones too) before they reach the public. However, one long-standing requirement has remained largely unchanged as users are generally expected to enroll in the Program and with a Microsoft account. That's where a third-party tool called "OfflineInsiderEnroll" can help. OfflineInsiderEnroll is said to be a lightweight script that enables access to Windows Insider Program builds on systems that are not signed in with a Microsoft account. Essentially the tool configures the necessary Insider settings locally and hence allows users to select and switch between available preview channels while continuing to receive builds through the normal Windows Update channel. If you are wondering how it manages to do so, it is made possible by a Registry value known as TestFlags. When configured to"0x20", Windows stops communicating with Microsoft's online Insider enrollment services thus preventing locally configured Insider settings from being overwritten. This allows the script to apply its own channel configuration directly through the Registry as Windows Update does not verify whether a device has been officially enrolled in the Insider Program or not. Previously the utility has had already supported the traditional Insider branches including Dev, Beta, and Release Preview. However following Microsoft’s recent restructuring of its preview channels, the script has now been updated. The latest OfflineInsiderEnroll version, 2.6.6, adds support for the newly introduced Insider channel lineup. As such, users can now choose from several Experimental channels in addition to Beta and Release Preview options. The update also retains tools for refreshing the Insider cache, resetting Insider settings, and completely stopping Insider enrollment when needed. Keep in mind though that will need elevated privileges when running the script (run as Admin). You can get the latest version of OfflineInsiderEnroll from this page on its official GitHub repo.
    • The "Classic" Outlook has done that for a few years as well. The option to even change that is really hidden away too... It really shouldn't be hard to respect user defaults. Sadly we are the product now, not Outlook. To change in the Classic Outlook: File > Options > Advanced > change "Open hyperlinks from Outlook in"
