It was reported earlier this week that WWE's original plan for Undertaker vs. CM Punk at tomorrow night's Breaking Point pay-per-view was a Taker victory. Internally, many feel the time isn't right for Undertaker to beat Punk, but the idea of a clean submission win for the champion was not believed to be under serious consideration.

North Carolina's The News & Observer has an article up featuring these new details regarding the Jeff Hardy situation.

- Jeff Hardy and Beth were at home when the raid took place Friday morning. Beth was not arrested.

- The case is still under investigation meaning more charges against Hardy remain possible.

- It is still not known if the drugs found at the home were for Hardy's personal use or if he was selling them.

- Opium trafficking, which is one of the charges Hardy faces, carries a mandatory prison sentence of 3-14 years, even for first-time offenders.

I see a DQ thrown in there for good measure, they aren't going to give the strap to taker just yet

I agree. But they should do something other than DQ, DQ will spoil the match and the PPV.

So how is the Undertaker - Punk going to turn out? Undertaker doing his "illegal" submission move? ;)

Illegal?

That was one of Randy Orton's best promos. Best acting heel on WWE, although Jericho is the best overall heel.

WTF? Kane just won by a pinfall. What happened to Breaking Point being an all submission PPV?

I was about say and NEWWWWWWWWWWW WWE CHAMPION much better randy crapton

Regardless of is his in-ring abilities, he is a great heel. It was however, an extremely boring match, as is this PPV. He has had the title for too long though. I wish Edge wasn't injured.
