There's a lot of confusion even backstage regarding the result of Sheamus going over John Cena in his Tables Match for the WWE Championship. I'm told the word at 6 PM Eastern was still for Cena to retain. We'll have more later, certainly some McMahon "trickery" going on.

I take it the picture of Sheamus wasn't clues enough :p

I like the idea of giving the title of Sheamus now...I have been thinking about it :p

Nah I thought the pic was from some RAW where Sheamus destroyed Cena and just held up the title.

Yeah, that's Vince for ya. How much you wanna bet Cena regains the title tonight on RAW?

They are obviously setting up Cena/Undertaker now. If Orton wins, I'd be shocked.

BTW, Edge will likely return Q1 2010 (and before March apparently) his rehabbing is ahead of schedule now.

HBK just challenged Undertaker for WrestleMania 26

wow ... Orton wins again ... Orton vs. Cena. big surprise there

HBK just challenged Undertaker for WrestleMania 26

Yeah I saw, shocked at that one also. Undertaker is never going to lose at WM (and if he does it'll be against HBK obviously lol) so I don't know what they are really setting up here. HBK said he's not retiring after WM26 now, so who knows anymore.

Yup it was, and looks like it'll be a rematch for next year now.

Also, Orton just beat Undertaker (by countout lol) so it's Orton vs. Cena for Superstar of the Year.

It's like Vince is panicking about letting newbies win last night and going right back to the oldies again :|

They just dropped Bret Hart's name live on RAW as a guest host! !!!!111 1jniu iuyhyu bdfspsajn

But Vince was like, Bret screwed Bret blah blah and walked off. Oh man if they can get Bret to guest host, holy ****!

there are Harts working for the WWE so you never know. it could be a big ratings

Ugh, Big Dick Johnson all oiled up. And Michael Cole hugging him. Made me want to vomit my intestines out. Seriously.

Dennis Miller has been an awesome host, he can act, do comedy and knows WWE (he's a long time fan in case anyone didn't know) so he fits perfectly. Plus people like him and know him.

Now who wants to bet Cena wins against Orton then beats Sheamus for the title within 20 minutes? :D

Well I don't know if Cena deserves superstar of the year, but he's certainly the WWE's wrestler of the year imo. The guy gives everthing in the ring and out of the ring for the company. You might hate him as a wrestler or even as a character, but the guy is 100% legit imo.

According to a source, negotiations between WWE officials and Booker T, 44, have fallen through. The former World Heavyweight Champion had been in discussions with World Wrestling Entertainment about a possible a return to the company, but they're said to be dead at this point. We'll have more on why shortly.

yay :D

    • No, "a great deal" for 32GB of DDR5 is $50, not $350. I mean I see what you mean, that it's a decent price compared to what's currently available, but you really should put a disclaimer in this articles explaining that it's still multiple times more expensive than it used to be.
    • Linux 7.1 stable launch looms as Linus Torvalds releases the final release candidate by Paul Hill Linus Torvalds has just released what’s expected to be the final release candidate of Linux 7.1, rc7. The Linux founder said that this RC is not small, but smaller than recent releases, which is a good sign because he expects the stable version to drop next week if things continue on this trajectory. Linux kernels see a merge window for the first two weeks of their life, where developers add new features, then there are about seven or eight weeks of release candidates before the stable version. Typically, there are seven release candidates, but if more time is needed, then an eighth release candidate is released too. This week’s RC’s biggest area of fixes was for GPUs, with networking just behind. Torvalds said that the rest of the release was “pretty random and spread out” with some architecture fixes, driver fixes, filesystem improvements, and build fixes for more unusual configs. In terms of specific pieces of hardware receiving improvements in this update, we had more AMD Zen6 models supported and fixes for AMD SDMA 7.1 and GFX11. Hardware that got improvements includes Lenovo laptops, HONOR laptops, and MSI laptops. Here are the changelogs for those: ASoC: amd: acp: Add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 Input: atkbd - add DMI quirk for Lenovo Yoga Air 14 (83QK) Input: atkbd - skip deactivate for HONOR BCC-N's internal keyboard ASoC: amd: yc: Add MSI Raider A18 HX A9WJG to quirk table ASoC: amd: yc: Enable internal mic on MSI Bravo 17 C7VF When the stable Linux 7.1 is released, it will be up to distribution maintainers, such as Canonical and Red Hat, to release the update to their users via the update manager. Some versions of Linux will get it before others, and some will never get it at all. Fedora and Arch-based distros will be among the first to get it, though. If you don’t get it, the security fixes will be backported to your system’s kernel, so you won’t be at risk, but you won’t get newer hardware support, which is fine if your computer works now.
