The following is from WWE.com:

WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy, effective as of October 15, 2010. WWE wishes Matt Hardy the best in his future endeavors.

Matt Hardy is tweeting like crazy on his Twitter account (http://twitter.com/matthardybrand) right now. Here are some of his latest tweets:

What's up all? I hope today is treating u good. I'm excited, just heard the news an announcement I've been waitin 4 is happening shortly! :)

"Thank God! :) I swear.. It was harder for me to get released then it was to get hired! This is ABSOLUTELY what I want, now I can be me!"

I wanna thank WWE for giving me an opportunity, & I thank all the people & friends that helped me there. But I HAD to move on to be happy.

I wanna thank JR, who hired me, Michael Hayes, who taught me SO much, & Vince, for letting me make a living & learn from him for 12 years.

While some of you make look at this as an ending-I promise you, this is THE MUTHAF*CKING BEGINNING FOR MATT HARDY! Now I can create change!

Did i just read that right? GOLDBERG IN THE WWE HALL OF FAME??? What the hell has he done? Crap wrestler, crap on the mic, pretty much took the **** out of WWE the entire time yet they STILL put him in the HOF? PAH

Yeah but you have to realise WM is in the home of WCW and for a good while Goldberg was Mr WCW

There is no such thing as WCW anymore, if anything they should start a WCW HOF, Goldberg contributed nothing apart from terrible matches and even worse promo's.. Gillberg in before Goldberg!

Which is what they are doing ;)

Matt Hardy needs to stop going on...yes we ALL know your going to TNA!

This stuff with Cena and Nexus is golden. Especially when they show the kiddies and women in the crowds all shocked and stuff. Awesome stuff. Not sure where they are going with the final outcome(s) with it all, but hopefully it won't be a huge letdown. And hopefully it means the Cena heel turn we've all been waiting for (well, some of us have anyways) will be coming soon also.

I'm shocked that Santino is actually going to be on the RAW team for Bragging Rights. I figured Big Show or someone from Smackdown would destroy him or he'd run away or something and he'd be replaced. Ezekial Jackson on the RAW team, eh, don't care really. Except for a couple guys, team RAW really is the B team again this year. I wouldn't doubt it if Smackdown wins again. Not that it really matters :D

And now, now they are going to break up the Hart Dynasty. Ugh WWE! Can you possibly screw up tag teams anymore? Why not just make a tag team with Hornswoggle and Santino and make them champs for 2 years. That's about the best you can do at this point anyways, gg.

Oh, and Golddust rules. Glad he's finally getting a push (even if he's going to lose to Ted).

i'm getting a kick out of seeing John Cena getting treated like the unwanted red headed step child. then that video of the kid crying when Cena lost is priceless

I'm just trying to think what they would have done with recent great tag teams like E&C, Hardys or the Dudleys with today's storylines. We probably wouldn't have the epic TLC feuds.

-- We can now confirm that World Wrestling Entertainment has made an offer to Brock Lesnar to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania. As noted earlier, the news was kept secret from the majority of the creative team, and there has been a lot of talk today with people asking what the latest was. It's thought that Lesnar will not be saying anything publicly for at least two weeks.

-- The offer to Brock Lesnar is for a one-night only return at WrestleMania 27.

-- Many people who worked for WWE at the time Lesnar decided to leave aren't happy that the UFC star is being offered a big payday to return (if that is the case - we're still not sure) for WWE's biggest event of the year. Many feel that he "crapped on the business" by walking away, especially after being given the big build up as a monster star.

-- There is no deal currently in place between WWE and Lesnar but the company has definitely contacted him. Lesnar's current deal with UFC wouldn't allow him to work a WWE match so Brock Lesnar, Vince McMahon and Dana White would need to work something out if anything were to happen.

Yeah, not sure what to make of this whole thing to be honest. I would love to see Lesnar return at WM against Taker, but eh. I also thought most MMA people frown on the wrestlers who go to MMA etc. WWE must be offering Lesnar a godlike amount of money, or Dana White the same for this one if this is going to wind up happening.

Dana White has said that it's not going to happen.

Yes because if they are trying to build up both WWE and UFC for this until WM time, he sure would admit to it now 6+ months away :)

I doubt this very much. I mean, why bring in someone who crapped all over WWE to headline?

Money money money money money money money money.

The WWE website announced that the three-hour Monday Night RAW event taking place on November 29, 2010 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will feature the return of the King of the Ring tournament.

The synopsis reads: "In a single evening, one man will become a legend as the King of the Ring Tournament returns for the first time in over 2 years live from Philadelphia. On a special 3-Hour Raw Event Superstars from Raw and SmackDown will battle for the honor to be crowned King of all WWE and royally solidify their spot in sports-entertainment history."

Vickie Guerrero wrote the following on Twitter, confirming our report that her and Eddie Guerrero's 20-year-old daughter Shaul has signed with WWE: ?I am proud and happy for my daughter getting signed! She has heart and commitment. Eddie would be so proud of her!? You can click here to view 9 photos of Shaul Marie Guerrero. Wow.

WWE has reportedly resigned Sean 'Van Venis' Morley, according to indy promoters who have attempted to book him in recent weeks.

According to a source, WWE is supposedly flying Morley to Europe on 11/7 to join up with the RAW crew. He may be coming in as an agent/producer but we're not sure about that just yet.

More as we get it.

Triple H made his in-ring return at Saturday's Fan Appreciation Supershow in Hartford, Connecticut.

Alberto Del Rio informed the crowd that his scheduled opponent, Rey Mysterio, was not on hand for the event, and that he won by forefit. Just as the referee was going to raise the SmackDown star's hand, Triple H's music cued. The Game, dressed in a t-shirt and jeans, entered the ring, and Del Rio told him he'd fight him at another time. Del Rio tried to run away, but The Game gave chase, dragging him back to ringside.

The match concluded in short order as the multi-time champion hit Del Rio with the facebreaker knee smash, spinebuster and Pedigree for the three count. Then, when Del Rio's personal ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, tried to save his boss, "The King of Kings" delivered a second Pedigree.

Triple H looked like he lost some weight since the last time we've seen him. You can click here to view 25 photos of Triple H's in-ring return from yesterday.

    • Microsoft hides these secret Windows 11 performance boost settings available on every PC by Sayan Sen Windows enthusiasts often look for ways to extract as much performance out of their systems as possible, and it's often the case that they try and do so while trying to minimize the heat and power consumption. This is especially relevant in the case of mobile Windows PCs since laptops and notebooks tend to get hot and management of that heat and power is harder in such a form factor. As such users often turn to techniques like under-volting which can be used to squeeze out the maximum capabilities of a chip while also maintaining lowered power levels. There are official apps from AMD and Intel with the likes of Ryzen Master and XTU (Extreme Tuning Utility). While these are quite handy, most enthusiasts probably prefer to dig into the BIOS and play around with settings there like Curve Optimizer on Ryzen, which lets users set various frequency-voltage scaling values. These are essentially called P-States. If you are not familiar with them, Processor Power Management is done through Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) P-states and C-states. While P-states or performance pwoer states handle CPU voltage-frequency scaling, C-states deal with CPU sleep states so that some of the CPU functions, which are not necessary at that moment, can be disabled. The P-states and C-states work together to make the processor run more efficiently. It helps the OS and apps determine which cores can be parked and which should be boosted. Of course not every user is an enthusiast or knows the technicalities and integrities of how things like overclocking or undervolting work. Thankfully for them Windows itself offers something pretty cool, though it is hidden by default on all systems. By default, Windows only has two P-States, "Minimum Processor State" and "Maximum Processor State." However, this can be changed with a Registry trick to expand the options under a secret "Processor performance boost mode" dropdown. This essentially enables the HWP or hardware P-States available on a device, and these are not controlled just by the OS itself as the underlying hardware gets involved too. In total there are five Processor Performance Boost Mode profiles that control how Windows requests and allows CPU turbo/boost behavior under the different power policies. They are: Disabled: In this mode, processor boosting is effectively turned off. The CPU will avoid entering turbo or boost frequencies and instead operate closer to its base frequency ceiling. This can significantly reduce power consumption and heat output, but at the cost of reduced burst performance and responsiveness in short workloads. Enabled: This is the standard behavior where boost functionality is allowed under normal conditions. The processor can opportunistically increase frequency when workload demands it, balancing performance gains with power and thermal constraints as managed by the system. Aggressive: Aggressive mode favors performance more heavily, allowing the CPU to enter higher boost states more readily and sustain them longer. This should in theory improve responsiveness under bursty or heavy workloads but increases power draw and thermal output compared to the default enabled behavior. Efficient Enabled: This mode still allows boosting, but with a stronger bias toward energy efficiency. The system attempts to use boost more selectively, avoiding unnecessary frequency spikes when the performance gain is marginal. Efficient Aggressive: This is a hybrid approach where boost is still performance-responsive, but the system continuously weighs efficiency more heavily than in Aggressive mode. It aims to deliver noticeable performance improvements while reducing wasted power in less demanding scenarios. Here's how to enable the Processor performance boost mode: Open Registry Editor: Press Win+R, type regedit, and click OK. Go to: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\54533251-82be-4824-96c1-47b60b740d00\be337238-0d82-4146-a960-4f3749d470c7 (where HKLM stands for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_) Modify the value of Attributes from 1 to 2 (you can find modify option by right-clicking) After that, exit Registry, you should now be able to see the new "Processor performance boost mode" dropdown menu: As you can see there are now five new P-States or CPPC states or power profile available that help define the boost mode processor setting on your PC. Wrapping it up here's a quick run-down of the settings as defined by Microsoft itself. Setting Description Disabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is disabled. Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) behaviour is disabled. Enabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is enabled. CPPC behaviour is Efficient Enabled. Aggressive The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is enabled. CPPC behaviour is Aggressive. Efficient Enabled The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is Efficient. CPPC behaviour is Efficient Enabled. Efficient Aggressive The corresponding P-state-based behaviour is Efficient. CPPC behaviour is Aggressive. Aggressive At Guaranteed Windows calculates the desired extra performance above the guaranteed performance level, and asks the processor to deliver that specific performance level. Efficient Aggressive At Guaranteed Windows always asks the processor to deliver the highest possible performance above the guaranteed performance level. In the next part we shall be comparing these settings to explore how much of a benefit or regression they can provide in terms of performance and power efficiency. If you decide to change the values on your system and are experiencing problems like crashes or an overheating PC, make sure to revert the steps back to the original state.
    • I think he means you haven't reviewed previous UFC games. Of course it doesn't matter... Every time you just report on something that involves the President even if just simply what happened you guys usually get accused of being anti-Trump. We live in fun times.
    • So how did you solve the problem? Disabling Secure Boot isn’t a solution.
    • Another devilish issue surrounding these certificates is what can happen with old, unsuspecting PCs that nevertheless have Secure Boot enabled. In my case, it was a Dell with a 3rd-gen Core chip (so about 13 years old). As of the last few weeks, it was suddenly BSOD'g within about 5 minutes of booting. Turns out it was because of MS's "Secure-Boot-Update" scheduled task, which is scheduled to run 5 minutes after login. It's explained in gory detail here (this is not my post, but it was where I found the answer), but the short version is that this legacy system would need fairly elaborate, manual certificate intervention since MS's automatic cert update method cannot work. How to do that is linked late in the thread. https://www.bleepingcomputer.c...od-caused-by-scheduled-task Secure Boot wasn't at all important for this particular PC, so I disabled it to be done with the problem.
