I remember when he won the WCW Title

yea, but did anyone really care about WCW?

-------------------

The feud between Randy "Macho Man" Savage and WWE CEO Vince McMahon has really come to light during the aftermath of Randy's death. There have been man speculations to the reason behind the feud between Randy and Vince. On Wednesday, Lanny Poffo spoke with the Bright House Network about the death of his brother Randy. The full video of the interview was uploaded on Friday and Poffo made the following comments, according to BayNews9.com:

"You know what, Randy didn't feel that, Randy never felt that way. He knew Vince McMahon gave him the break. We know where it (the falling out between WWE and Savage) all came from. We know what started it. We're not going to deal in negatives, we're going to take the high road. Too little, too late? I wouldn't dare say that because they gave Randy the break baseball never did."

Unfortunately for those conspiracy theorists, Lanny did not give any details about what caused the feud. Several wrestlers came out over the last few weeks and shared their thoughts on how they think the feud came about. The widely accepted theory is that Savage had a sexual relationship with Stephanie McMahon.

Regardless of the reason, it's safe to say that feud can now rest with Randy and that unless Vince tells us what the issues were, then we will never know. And if Vince hasn't said anything over the last 17 years then I don't see him saying anything in the future.

i'd love to have a sexual relationship with Stephanie McMahon :woot: :woot: :woot:

No idea. If he's storyline 'black' thats one thing (I guess he was, being in the Nation and all). But in reality, there have been no black WWE Champions. A few in WCW, and many have held lesser titles.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WWE_Champions

Actually, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is part black, so I would say that counts as a black champion.

His father is of Black Nova Scotian (Canadian) origin and his mother is of Samoan heritage.

Yep, father is "Rocky" Johnson. Any old timers might remember him from the late 70's early 80's. He and Tony Atlas were tag champs and he had a good singles run as well. His mother is part of the famed Anoa'i family which includes "the Wild Samoans" and several other Samoan and "Japanese" wrestlers.

Rappy, damn you for getting our hopes up with that injury story. F**king Little Jimmys.

he is injured its just that Cena is superhuman and can work through it! anyway now they can start the Del Rio vs Cena angle!

People here said that Triple Threat matches have always been no disqualification, but why then was "No disqualification" one of the choices of stipulation for the Triple Threat match on last night's Raw?

No idea. Probably because they didn't use any of the votes anyway and just needed to put in 2 extra choices that they weren't going to use.

On Monday's RAW, CM Punk announced that he plans to leave WWE when his contract expires on July 17th, the day of Money in the Bank. Punk wrote the following on Twitter regarding his upcoming departure:

"I knew I was gone at the beginning of the year. I just woke up one day and I knew. That's the way I work a lot of the time."

"I think it's creepy too, but it's really helpful. I knew I'd be history by July. Come say goodbye on July 17th."

"Come say goodbye on July 17th. I promise to go out with a bang. Trust me. XxX"

No idea. Probably because they didn't use any of the votes anyway and just needed to put in 2 extra choices that they weren't going to use.

Yeah, I had a feeling that there was no actual voting when Kane vs. Mark Henry's stipulation was "voted" as an arm wrestling match.

As for the no DQ stipulation "choice" in the triple threat match, having the Nexus banned from ringside would have been a better option.

Batista is looking OLD! And really skinny!

i guess that's what happens when you stop taking steroids

I'm sure this will simply add more fuel to the fire in whether last night's "Power to the People" voting was rigged or not, but WWE.com issued the following statement on their Twitter page: "Technical errors occurred in some of the voting results during Raw: Power to the People. Check with WWE.com throughout the day for more."

One of the major issues fans had with last night's results was in the Evan Bourne match that had Mason Ryan win over Jack Swagger and Sin Cara. WWE.com's main story on its homepage has the headline "Text Vote Screws Sin Cara". The story claims that backlogging of votes for the previous Diva's match is what skewed the voting for Bourne's match. So, it certainly seems like fans are going to get their wish. WWE.com also states more details will be announced later.

Is WWE telling the truth or is this simply their way of hiding the fact it was rigged? Discuss with thousands of other wrestling fans in WrestleZone's official wrestling forum.

It was announced on Raw tonight that WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels will be the special guest of next week's show. As we reported earlier, the show will also see the return of "Raw Roulette."

    • Can we not have paperless office, like we was promised in the 80's
    • I actually laughed out loud in real life at the heading on this—whatever Microsoft is drinking, I want some of it.
    • Euro-Office must default to ODF to be considered "genuinely European", LibreOffice argues by David Uzondu Euro-Office is a web-based collaborative office suite that positions itself as a "European sovereign alternative" to American tech companies, backed by a coalition of developers including Nextcloud, IONOS, Abilian, BTactic, OpenProject, and, more recently, Tuta. The project officially went live a couple of days ago, but not before drawing heavy fire from LibreOffice developers, who called the marketing claim that Euro-Office represents the "first open-source office suite developed in Europe" a deceptive historical inaccuracy because projects like OpenOffice and LibreOffice existed decades earlier. Now that the project has launched, LibreOffice is back with another complaint, arguing that Euro-Office cannot consider itself "genuinely European" while it pushes proprietary Microsoft defaults on users. Euro-Office had promised to improve the OpenDocument Format (ODF) back in April, but the current release still plagues users with several technical failures. For instance, the suite lacks an admin setting to enforce ODF, and mobile editors completely block ODF saves, forcing files into Microsoft's OOXML formats. Some configurations force files into read-only mode, while editing frequently corrupts document formatting or erases data. LibreOffice thinks that merely supporting a format as an afterthought does not make you a sovereign alternative, as file formats are the battleground where" digital sovereignty is won or lost." The road to the first stable release of Euro-Office has been quite bumpy due to an aggressive public fallout with OnlyOffice, from which the coalition originally forked the project. OnlyOffice struck back by accusing the coalition of violating copyright terms under its AGPLv3 branding requirements by stripping the original branding anyway and forking the code. Getting Euro-Office up and running is a bit wonky (at least for non-technical users), as there is no direct installer to grab off the web. The easiest way we learnt is by using Docker. First, pull the official Euro-Office image from the GitHub Container Registry: docker pull ghcr.io/euro-office/documentserver:latest Then, run the container with active ports and a secure JWT token, enabling the test environment: docker run -i -t -d -p 8080:80 --restart=always -e EXAMPLE_ENABLED=true -e JWT_SECRET=my_secure_jwt_secret ghcr.io/euro-office/documentserver:latest And finally, open a web browser and go to the following address: http://localhost:8080 If you are running this on a remote server, replace localhost with your server's IP address. You will see the Euro-Office test page, where you can create new text documents, spreadsheets, or presentations directly in the browser. Image via Euro-Office Nextcloud promises that proper standalone desktop versions and mobile apps will arrive in a future release.
