According to the Wrestling Observer, TNA will be cutting down on the amount of pay-per-views in 2013, as a result of Lockdown being moved from April to March. This shift will put Lockdown, TNA's third biggest event after Slammiversary and Bound for Glory, dead in the heat of WWE's WrestleMania build-up.

The February Against All Odds pay-per-view is being removed from the schedule, so there will be a large time to build into Lockdown after Genesis in January. The same goes for No Surrender, in order to create a distance between Hardcore Justice and October's Bound for Glory pay-per-view.

TNA President Dixie Carter is reportedly looking to improve quality, rather than quantity, and has been looking to cut back on the amount of pay-per-views. The hope is that by creating a longer distance before two of their major shows, it will increase buys enough to cover for the loss of the two smaller scale events filmed at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida.

So TNA's gonna be doing ten PPVs in 2013, but who knows, it could be even less. Nice to see they're trying something different; although they're essentially doing what promotions used to do before the number of PPVs exploded in the 90s (WWE did five PPVs in '94, then the next year, they doubled up to ten).

sounds like vince vs steph over HHH lol

Ooh, I never thought of that! Good comparison. Although, let's be honest, Stephanie and HHH was a lot more believable than Brooke and Bully Ray is. The only upside to this storyline is the occasional quips Austin Aries gets in on them.

I wonder if Santino and Aksana are dating in real life. They are ALWAYS flirting with each other (and rather sexually to be honest) on Santino's show, and they have a certain chemistry that just seems to scream THEY ARE DATING to me lol

Also, I find Aksana's accent incredibly attractive. Just sayin.

During a Q&A this past Saturday at the New Orleans Comic-Con, CM Punk was asked if he'd rather face ROH World Champion Kevin Steen or TNA Superstar Bobby Roode.

"That's actually a good question, I know Steen personally. I don't even know if I've met Bobby Roode... That'd be fun, I think me and Bobby Roode would be pretty good.

"Contrary to popular belief, I do occasionally get to watch TNA, mostly on fast forward, but Bobby Roode is one of the guys... solid, solid guy. It's be fun."

    • Started implementing weapons! Here's a little sneak peek! 👀 Animation was done inside of Unreal Engine using Control Rig! Really useful tool, I don't have to go back and forth between Blender and UE, you can basically make tweaks while the game is running.
    • Keep in mind Intuit has lobbied like crazy to keep taxes complicated so they can continue to sell tax software. They also got caught hiding their legally mandated free version so they could release a second one that pushed countless people into charges they didn't need to pay to file. Intuit leads the charge on inventing problems so they can sell you the solution and disrespecting you in the process.
