Mike Bennett may be headed to WWE soon but belief from the Ring of Honor side is that he's going to be sticking around their company for a while before going anywhere. There is also some talk that WWE may be interested in Mark and Jay Briscoe

I would love to see the Briscoes but they would be wasted

World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler suffered a concussion at Tuesday night?s SmackDown taping at N.C. State when he interfered in Big E Langston's bout with Jack Swagger. According to WWE physician Dr. Michael Sampson, Ziggler was injured during the early part of the fracas after a blow to the face. A post-match examination by WWE medical staff confirmed the injury.

?He [was] having some memory difficulties and a bit of a headache ? he definitely has a concussion,? said Sampson. ?We?re checking him out, and going to be doing neuropsychological testing and just keep it monitored.?

Though clinically Ziggler?s concussion was confirmed, the tests ? which should yield results within the next couple of days ? will provide WWE medical officials with a ?baseline? from which to monitor The Showoff?s clinical and neuropsychological progress as time passes.

Check back with WWE.com for more updates on Ziggler?s condition.

Long live Jerry "The King" Lawler.

On May 25, the 63-year-old wrestling icon and WWE commentator will wrestle in his first match since suffering a near-fatal heart attack last September.

Lawler will team up with 72-year-old WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. in a tag team match for the !Bang! wrestling promotion.

(Yes, Dory Funk Jr. is 72 and still wrestling.)

It's been quite the recovery for Lawler, who collapsed on-air during a live broadcast of WWE Raw in Montreal shortly after wrestling a tag team match with Randy Orton. Fortunately for Lawler, Dr. Michael J. Sampson, the WWE ringside doctor, was sitting feet away from the announcers table and sprung into action, using CPR which ultimately saved his life. Two months after that scary incident, Lawler was back at a WWE announcers table as his heart attack was mocked and re-enacted as part of a storyline segment with wrestler CM Punk.

Getting back in the ring has been on Lawler's mind since his heart attack. The man even cut back on eating fried chicken five (!!!) times a week in order to get cleared by his doctors. Lawler told WMC-TV in February that his ultimate goal was to eventually wrestle once again:

"The one thing I've not done since the heart attack is get back into the ring and wrestle," he explained. "And, Lauryn says that I've been, the one thing that's different about me since the heart attack, she says, 'You're depressed. You're going through depression.' Which I don't feel it. I don't think it. But, yeah, I certainly do miss the wrestling and I do want to go back and do it some more."

Lawler managed to get a practice body slam in last month during the Memphis Grizzlies-Los Angeles Clippers playoff series, tossing a fan wearing a Clips jersey to the floor during a timeout.

But delivering a body slam for a crowd is a far cry compared to wrestling in the ring again, a discussion I thought we would never have after I heard what I thought was Lawler's last breaths on national TV.

Wrestlers are wired differently than other athletes. It's the reason why you see someone like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson put his successful Hollywood acting career on hold to wrestler (and eventually be injured) in the main event of WrestleMania 29. It's the reason why Funk is still competing at the ripe old age of 72. And it's the reason why Lawler still has the itch to compete despite nearly losing his life doing the one thing he loves more than anything else in this world.

Wrestling an independent show is one thing, but could we ever see Lawler step inside a WWE ring again? Even WWE owner Vince McMahon wouldn't roll the dice again on having Lawler compete for his company, right?

Ha! Hardly.

We are talking about the same company that just three years ago featured a then 87-year-old Mae Young in a Falls Count Anywhere handicap match. If Lawler's match later this month goes well, it would be only a matter of time before he gets one last match on WWE Raw to close the chapter on his Hall of Fame career.

    • Ahh, I didn't know that. It makes sense. I was thinking I would be fine with 50 hours, but 100 is close enough that I wouldn't feel like I am paying for more than I am using. I might check it out sometime.
    • Google's next-gen Tensor AI chips might be produced by Samsung, report says by Hamid Ganji Image via Google Google’s Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) is produced in collaboration with companies such as Broadcom and TSMC, but a recent report suggests that the search giant is in talks with Samsung to hand over part of the production to the Korean tech company. According to a report by The Information, citing people familiar with the matter, Google has begun talks with Samsung about using its chip manufacturing capacity for the next generation of Tensor AI chips. Google’s upcoming TPUs are reportedly codenamed “Icefish” and will be produced using Samsung's 2-nanometer process technology. Meanwhile, Samsung is expected to produce only a portion of the next-generation Tensor chips, with most of the production remaining at TSMC. The Information says the new Tensor chips are currently in the design stage and are scheduled to enter mass production in 2028. TSMC is generally considered one of the most reliable chip manufacturing partners and is trusted by tech giants such as Apple and Google. However, the growing demand for TSMC’s AI chips, combined with the company’s focus on meeting demand from AI data centers, has reportedly prompted Google to seek additional manufacturing partners for its next-generation TPUs. Besides Samsung and TSMC, Intel could also be assigned part of the production. The Information reported this week is that Google has begun talks with Intel to produce up to three million TPUs in 2028. However, this is not the first time Google has partnered with Samsung on chip production, as Samsung has previously manufactured Tensor chips for Pixel smartphones. Google’s Tensor Processing Unit is used in cloud data centers and competes with NVIDIA’s chips, which currently dominate the market. By relying on in-house chips, Google can not only reduce its dependence on third-party providers but also create new revenue opportunities. The company has already supplied its TPUs to the AI firm Anthropic.
    • Reminder that the Premium and Ultimate plans already come with a 100 hour per month limit, which you then have to pay more to increase in 15 hour blocks.
    • It does invite Linux because MS should have been improving their products all along these years instead chose to ignore the users now this year they’re making all of these improvements to their products where as Linux doesn’t have this kind of problems in fact it has gotten so good I can even play Windows games in Steam that I no longer ever needed Windows to carry on with my life, unlike you still use Windows and chose to try beat down down those who don't use Windows because they love their LG TV. (Surprisingly I actually own a 55” LED LG TV and it has been going strong for almost 14 years, longer than any Sony TV”)
    • As much as I love owning my own hardware, it's hard to argue with the value. I'm not a huge gamer, I'd actually be interested in a cheaper plan with limited monthly hours, or even a pay-by-the-hour plan.
