Just seen Russo's piece on Slammiversary and TNA in general now. Nailed it...

Yep Slammiversary was pretty great.  The following Impact was pretty good, if a little 'talky' as well, but still better than they had been.

Just seen RoH Best in The World as well, real quality show. Seems like everyone is upping their game now, except WWE.

I can't believe they did that to Vicki AGAIN. Isn't this like, the 4th time (or 5th) they've "fired" her and put her in a ######ing mud pool or some stupid ######. It really disgusts me how Vince treats Vicki, and Vicki being the awesome woman she is just goes along with everything.

At least she went out kinda ok with this one, dunking that plastic Chyna wannabe in the pool this time.

yeah i don't get it either; they just made her character annoying and now it seems they are "punishing" her..

WWE's website has confirmed earlier reports of Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett suffering a shoulder injury during Tuesday night's SmackDown tapings in Pittsburgh.

WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann spoke to WWE's website and said Barrett

" ? sustained an injury to his right shoulder when he was thrown into the barricade by Jack Swagger."

"After Barrett felt an immediate pain and a pop," continued Amann, "we brought him back to the training room and the exam showed a separated shoulder. We're going to do some additional testing this week and then sit down with him and talk about options for treatment for this injury."

As of now a decision has yet to be made regarding Barrett's participation at Money in the Bank.

According to PWInsider.com, Josh Mathews has been released from WWE within the past 24 hours.

Mathews has been with the company since the original Tough Enough reality series on MTV, and his profile on WWE.com has already been pulled and moved to the Alumni section.

As we reported earlier today, Renee Young will be filling in for Mathews on the Money in the Bank Kickoff panel.

According to live reports, TNA's Dixie Carter and Wrestle-1's The Great Muta announced at the New York City press conference today that this year's Bound For Glory PPV will be held in Tokyo, Japan at Korakuen Hall.

The event will be broadcast live on October 12th, 2014.

Now this is interesting. TNA's beat WWE to the punch by taking their biggest show outside of North America, although hardly anyone will care as Bound for Glory obviously pales in comparison to WrestleMania as a spectacle. The place only holds ~2,000, but from what I've read, it's basically Japan's Madison Square Garden, and after watching the TNA/Wrestle-1 show last week, high hopes that it'll be a good'un (even with the drastically different crowds you usually get at puroresu shows). The time difference could be a right git though; America will be 13-16 hours behind Japan. UK's not an issue as the TNA PPVs aren't shown live; they're shown the Wednesday after.

    • Forza Horizon 6 gets big bug-fixing and balancing update by Taras Buria Today, Playground Games released a big Forza Horizon 6 update with a long list of fixes, patches, and balancing tweaks that the studio promised earlier. Version 375.327 is now available on Steam, Microsoft Store, and Xbox, offering users improvements for AI, audio, design, performance, road discovery, upgrades, visuals, online play, and more. Some of the most notable changes in the Series 2 update include rebalanced drivatars, particularly their difficulty and race start behavior. As such, the game should be more balanced on higher difficulty levels, and AI cars should not shoot out when the race starts as if they have rocket boosters. Speaking of difficulty, developers nerfed Drag Tires physics for a more expected and realistic behavior. They are no longer the go-to option for record-breaking times in road racing, and all leaderboard entries with drag tires will be removed. Completionists will also be glad to get a new feature that lets you see road discovery percentage in each region, which should make discovering all roads easier while keeping it quite challenging and interesting (I spent quite a long time finding the last road). Festival Playlist is also getting some much-needed fixes, including patches for bugs that allowed completing Seasonal Jobs ahead of time or where weekly challenges would not unlock for some players. Developers will retroactively give reward points to all who could not complete all challenges due to these bugs. Other changes include changes to Horizon Play progression so that it is easier to reach Level 100, audio improvements on lower-spec devices, fixes for visual glitches, including pixelated smoke, and more. Developers also addressed the currently non-working Eliminator, an online mode gamers used to farm credits with a Hummer EV exploit. Playground Games plans to re-enable it soon. As a gesture of goodwill, players will get a free McLaren Sabre. Those who used the exploit will not be banned, but developers plan to roll back credits to a maximum of 10M for all who farmed credits using the exploit. You can find the complete changelog for the latest Forza Horizon 6 update here.
