I don't think they've built this 'open challenge' enough yet. Maybe they will pull the trigger now because they can't handle the slow burn, but obviously this is going to be used to build someone - its going to be Owens or Balor, IMO. Itami is hurt, supposedly, and no one else really fits the 'come up and win surprisingly' theme.
