- Too much metal gradients on the window decoration and other controls. It has a reason why all websites are going minimalistic Web 2.0 style. (--edit: Hint, it looks better and cleaner)

- The task bar transparency should be done away with (if you insist on it, make it a glass gradient, not what it is right now).

- If it's even possible to do so, make the task bar thinner by default.

I don't really like it...

The Shift logo button looks like it ate a balloon for lunch, and its all too glossy. Especially the inactive title bar, or whatever the blue one is. The weirdly placed gradient on the kicker looks horrible :( It's all just a mix of gray, transparency, blue, green, and then a weird gold. Definitely a bronze, though.

Don't like it. Seems like transparency for the sake of transparency, a weird selection of primary colours, and some gray that isn't helping it. Taskbar seems a bit on the fat side too.

Like everything except the background, way too much going on. Makes the whole desktop look messy. I'm afraid I prefer the default KDE 4 theme, looks much more clean but has had a lot more work done on it than the shift one, as they've a huge team. All this is just IMHO though, I hope it ends up successful and popular - KDE 4 rocks so the more work contributed the better. It desperately needs a selection of diverse themes as the ones currently aren't amazing.
