osirisX
The ones Apple provide you with are nice and all. But how would you like a gesture for Save and made a gesture for Quit. Well your dreams have come true with MultiClutch. It allows you to choose shortcuts and then add a predefined gesture to it. Download. It is currently a beta. I haven't tested this as I don't have a Macbook Air or a Macbook Pro.
Quillz
Interesing, I think something like this could prove very useful. Doing a quick triple-click, for example, could be a nice way to open a new Safari tab, or save a Word document, etc.
