How do you get this effect? I don't quite know how to describe it. I guess the girl/hood is up close and the windshield part of the car seems to be farther away than it really is.

Wide angle lens + being close to the front of the car?

I guess if you looked to the car (with your eye) from the same prospective and standing close to the front, you'll get pretty much the same view, I could be wrong though.

you would get this effect standing up close to the car, wide angle lens would seal the deal :)

its a fish eye lens, very expensive tho an not really worth it for the average photographer unless ur making money to pay it off.

I already have a "fish eye" lens :/ Tokina 12-24mm F4. If I had a FX body instead of DX then it'd be super wide.

thats not fisheye, its just a wide angle. Fisheye would distort the picture way more:

K well I'm pretty sure they didn't use a true fish eye in that Audi shot.

It's not a fish eye lens at all. It's just a wide angle, probably around 18mm or something.
