Flash / Browser Issue.

Question

Hello.

This one has me really confused.

My flash gallery loads in Safari / Internet Explorer.

It will not load in Firefox.

When testing it works fine, for some strange reason in Firefox.

But when I upload the files, go to my url. Gallery doesn't work. [ Only in Firefox ]

Here is the url.

www.dejonisodd.com

I am aware it looks screwy in Internet Explorer. I'm fine with that.

If anyone can help solve this mystery it would be greatly appreciated.

Forgive me if this is in the wrong forum.

Thank you.

I've had others test it for me, on their Firefox. No luck.

Still stuck trying to figure this out. I've tried switching permissions to ' 0777 ', renaming, etc.

I can access all the files in the directory, ' xml. index. swf. ' I can't access that jpg though.

[ Typing the url location in the address bar ] [ Ex. http://www.dejonisodd.com/config.xml ]

Also, what's strange, and I still can't figure out, it works in Safari / Internet Explorer.

Just not in Firefox.

Any detective out there able enough to crack this mystery ?

Tried it AGAIN on my mac (Firefox 3 beta) and on xp sp2 with 2.0.0.11. It works, theres nothing wrong with it. I'd look more to a more localised problem rather the something thats wrong with your website.

It's been several minutes...

Is that what your other firefox users are seeing?

"The new gallery will work for the lucky ones but, not for the unhappy ones. Will resolve this matter soon."

What comes up for me after a while.

I looked at your source code, and I saw you're using this for the "flashvars"

xmlConfig=config.xml&bgImage=layout.jpg

layout.jpg gives me a 403 error when I try to access it (config.xml is fine, and that & should actually be a &)

Yeah.

It works in Firefox, when I'm testing though.
