I knew this monster. he was always wrong in the head. he bullied everyone he knew.

it's really weird, i am posting cause it has taken me by shock. I am not really sure how i feel.

anyone else been in this situation? what a **** this guy was.

O yea I live in the USA that's bad enough to me. I am in shock all the time.

The police asked if he would give statments and be a witness in court, and he said yes. However, 2 days later he was arrested and put in jail for 6 months and now has a criminal record, because he didnt try to stop the person from being stabbed :s

WTF. I wouldn't have tried to stop it either, I like myself better unstabbed.

+Rich I'm really sorry to hear that but problem is it doesn't suprise me in the UK, I was down in Barking the other month and there was a guy chasing after another once with a taser, so I thought ekks, dialed 999, spoke to the police who where more intrested in how I knew it was a taser and why I would know what a taser looks like, (BTW I lived in Thailand, used to play airsoft shop selled tasers end of. ) , when they where finally done quizzing me and somone with dispatched they had long gone.

Its stupid here (in the UK) , take em to Thailand, all cops have guns, and they had a good old firing squad!

There must be more to it than that, they don't just arrest people for not intervening in a crime otherwise they would be arresting 100's of people if something like a murder happened in a park or high street with lots of people. Also, whilst I can understand his resentment I don't really see how not giving evidence, which could result in someone that goes around stabbing peole to be jailed, does anything but harm to everyone.

It does happen on occasion unfortunatly. I didnt mention the guy is also a martial arts expert and was a part time body guard to the famous before it happened, so the fact that he may have been able to stop it if he had wanted to may have been a factor. But the point is that he was not being paid to put his life at risk and no matter how well you can handle yourself, there are not many people who would have interviened.

WTF. I wouldn't have tried to stop it either, I like myself better unstabbed.

Exactly.

Yeah, it is always like that here in the UK. My sister is being dragged through the court at the moment for protecting herself when she was attacked by a woman. The woman had her house raided the other week because she was selling crack from it.

The woman has done nothing but cause issues for my sister for some reason, including calling the police and social services to tell them my sister was sexually abusing her children. Which the police have given her a warning for wasting police time and would face prosecution for harrasment if she kept calling the police telling the lies about my sister.

Yet still, the woman is able to claim my sister made her lose her hair when she but her in the mouth :s. So my sister is being put under a 6 month house arrest with a tag :s

The fact the woman is probably losing her hair due to the drugs she is taking was not even taken in to consideration! Its madness! She attacks my sister, my sister protects herself by hitting the woman, and the woman gets to take my sister to court!?

I really really hate living in the UK. They protect criminals and persecute the inocent, because they make easier targets.

What the ****? Seinfeld's Good Samaritan law?

Ironically, if he was in military/similar and engaged those persons, he could face charges because he was trained to use deadly force and could have killed them. (saw that in the USA news)
