Oh hell no. If some jackass kicked and dented my car over a video game, for damn sure i would have pulled about 100 feet away, gotten out and pulled my 3 iron out of my golf bag in the trunk. Pop cell phone to ear, call police. You made off with a $65 game that is going to cost you a few hundred in car repairs. For damn sure i'm gettin that guy to pay for it.

Then again... i guess it depends how scary the guy was and how much you like your car! :)

the dent in the car is just another battle scar, I drive an 89 mazda 323 with paint that comes off whenever I hit the highway, its almost down to its primer, its a pile but it gets me from A to B usually without complaint.

And I wouldve confronted him, but Im a lover, not a fighter :D
