Copy Firefox settings?

I'm aware of CLEO, FEBE, OPIE and MozBackup however I have a simple question. I have 2 computers and both have the latest version of Firefox. I want my laptop with the fresh install of Firefox to have the exact same plugins, setup, etc. Can I simply copy over the folder in my \Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ to the new install? Of course, I'll rename and backup the profile folder on my new install.

I backed up the profile directory on my new install and copied over my existing profile directory. Everything works perfectly. I answered my own question. :)
