maybe a small set of rules should be applied? such as an active poster / visitor, like Neobond said, and someone with a post count higher then say 100? or higher then 15,241 :) and has been at neowin for longer then 3-4 weeks.

It would be cool if the prize draw was based on post count. So every post is an entry into the draw, going back to posts from like a month ago. That way, People like Rappy stand a better chance of winning.
