What do you want to see in the Spring Update?

Recommended Posts

Microsoft would never be stupid enough to give a user this many options, let alone all these new ones in a single update. :p

eg.

24. Option to disable invites from titles not on gamercard (excludes demos)

25. Option to have smaller items moved up in Active Downloads.

What? Why not? These aren't major features as has been in every update before this one. This one is just a combination of various small changes/fixes/updates. It is very plausible.

right I am only asking for one thing to be fixed more than others......ready......here we....go....!!!!!

MAKE VIDEOS(IE DIVX) WORK IN THE MEDIA CENTRE ON THE XBOX LIKE IT DOES FROM THE DASH BOARD FOR F SAKE. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT MS!!!!!!

rant over.... :D

Here's what I want to see:

  • Voice chat and webcam chat on WLM
  • Raise the limit of queued downloads to at least 10
  • Introduce an alerts service where you get sent a message everytime something you're watching comes out
  • Badges to go on your gamercard (e.g. completed 10 retail games, completed 5 XBLA games, etc.)
  • Proper chat rooms on the dashboard, like back on the Xbox!
  • Picture-In-Picture webcam chat when playing games or watching DVDs!

If that list is true, then my list is a third of the way complete! :)

I want that as well! I only found out this week that they don't work (I've only had this new PC for a fortnight).

No offense, but I just posted that a page ago, but I guess it can't hurt. :p

Sorry, did see your post and noticed it was about a motion controller of some sort so thought it was a different news item :(

Technically, there's nothing stopping Microsoft from making one. I do believe they had PPC versions of Windows NT and such.

Still, it's a silly idea as it wouldn't really serve much use, especially since they can add anything useful via software anyway.
