wondering wether my G25 or Xbox pad could be rigged up aswell.

Well - if its an Xbox 360 controller, then yes it can be used. I boot into Windows for Test Drive Unlimited, and I have an Xbox 360 controller. Works just fine, as you would expect :)

Ahhh right I am normally on the track btw, I use a G25 at the moment but am tempted to sell it since the Xbox pad makes for more fun around the track and the city with more ease of control.

WOOT 100th post

Due to a possible change in circumstances I am toying with the 2.1GHZ Macbook with 1GB ram and of course the aftercare package.

Any problems I should know about with the basic Macbooks?

Assuming this was answered in the other thread but...

No, no issues. :)

Don't forget that you can save several hundred dollars on refurbished models from Apple.com. They may not have the latest models available for awhile, though.

Actually they are up right now. :) (US)

That may come in handy, however I've found out there is no accidental damage cover for the Macbooks, this is a concern as I suffer from shudders and it could lead to it being dropped :/.

    • It saddens me when cars are such dull colours now. Mine is bright metallic blue and I absolutely adore it for standing out in contrast to that depressing backdrop of traffic.

    • Get over it, has nothing to do with my point.
    • I really don't like these rounded corners and huge borders in the viewport. They just waste space without anything in return.
