Upload Permissions

Getting the following when I try and upload a file to a new topic (Funnies)

"Upload failed. Please ask the administrator to check the settings and permissions"

What does it say about how much MB you've already uploaded and what you have left?

It seems the global permissions for forum users is set at 15MB I think, which needs looking at.

Still no go, nothing uploaded, only submitting a couple of jpegs, under 100K.

It's helpful, as it tells us it's not group thing.
