Macbook vs. Macbook Pro question

Is your system covered under AppleCare or the original 1 year limited warranty?

How did you correspond with Apple previously, retail location or AppleCare support line? Apple prides itself on the level of support offered to customers, if someone wasn't helpful in resolving your problem let me know and I'll see if I can't help you come up with an alternate solution that will deliver the result you are looking for. :)

Unfortunately I do not have Applecare. My MBP passed it's warranty in December. I've been in class so I haven't been able to have it sent off or anything.

I expressed concern several times with my display and that while it was still under warranty and the Apple Retail staff seem not to care.

Not sure what else can be done. I have thought about purchasing Applecare for it, but its seems I would still get the same response from Apple. Oh well, why don't you purchase a new and improved MBP. The Apple Retail store here in Kansas City is not very helpful. If your a poor college student they don't want to give you the time or day.

Thanks for the interest in helping me out, and sorry for the long response time, I have been preparing for portfolio review for school.
