Proof that Diablo 3 is Coming!?

Recommended Posts

Today, I find it amazing that NOBODY was saying the Pentagram theory still works very much!!! Instead, giving up hope it's about Diablo, when a Pentagram or what looks like it formed 100%

No, it may NOT be a Perfect Pentagram, but that does have the shape of Pentagram(Maybe that's all what matters) and #s add up to 108, which supposed to be the Angles of Pentagram, people are Ignoring this, why?

I am just dumbfounded that people IGNORE it, out of all of the days.

it was brought up a few pages back

You stated yourself why people ignore it.

Because it isn't perfect. A pentagram isn't a pentagram unless its correct, otherwise its just a star.

Since you seem to want to twist everything to Diablo, what exactly does ice have to do with the Diablo series?

Don't get me wrong, I love Diablo. I played D2 like it was my job. But besides a Diablo rune and Diablo being a Blizzard series, nothing in the picture says 'hey, this is D3!'

I'm still leaning toward it being a release date announcement, even though Blizz never makes its release dates.

I would like it to be Diablo III, but after having our hopes constantly brought down, I won't hold my breath.

Also, someone made a comment about "it not being the original Diablo creators" and that it would just be another game with "Diablo" stamped on it. Are you saying that no one but those specific people can create a sequel? Not anyone else but them? I've seen Hellgate: London, and if that's all to come out of the original team, no thanks. Get someone else in fast, and deliver us a decent game.

Seriously, the argument that it "won't be the same" is kind of lacking. People said the same thing about Fallout 3, yet when in the hands of the original creators, was nothing more than reused graphics with little innovation. It seems people are just totally afraid of change, even if it is for the better. If all you expect is the same regurgitated game, you may as well stick with the original game and modify it with your own content. As for the rest of us, we can always move on to something new and different, while still remembering the decent games in the past. The future does come with disappointment at times, but it also comes with great promise. So far, the biggest disappointment Blizzard can bring us is not continuing with Diablo. :)

Anyhow though, back on subject, I don't think it would be Wrath of the Lich King or StarCraft 2. WotLK is already very exposed for those that have read the WotLK Wiki and both game and expansion have already been announced. It's most likely either a new game entirely or Diablo III.

fallout 1&2 where developed by black isle studios

fallout 3 bethesda softworks

blizzard north IS BLIZZARD just like microsoft and windows

Which is a really Ignorant thinking...

If Blizzard made this teaser a Perfect pentagram, that would Prove it is Definitely Diablo 3, with No doubt. They Didn't want that. So they made it Unclear, but providing 108 on top of it to the people that thinks with their brains!

Why ice?

That has been said, it's likely "Hell Has Frozen Over".

hell has frozen over and now its thawing so the evil can be released

Just because something is fact doesn't make it ignorant. A pentagram, as you said, has to have certain characteristics. The runes don't line up to that. You can say 'they don't want to make it obvious' all you want, but that doesn't help your argument one bit.

When something doesn't line up with the spaz attacks you post, that doesn't make it ignorant either. Or is the Lost island still the moon?

Hell didn't freeze over in D2. Did you ever finish it?

But, look at how these clues add up over the months, it's really overwhelming supporting Diablo 3! (Diablo3.com aquired, Novel author mentions D3, etc)

Hey, we will see tomorrow, OK? Arguing with YOU is really not worth it right now, as the teaser could go either way. And, it all depends how you look at all these clues that happened over the weeks leading up to this announcement, to me it's just point more to Diablo 3 than anything else!

I have very GOOD/Strong feeling it will be Diablo 3!!!

I would even BET $100 it's Diablo 3!!!

It's a protoss - you can clearly tell that now that the eyes are there. They are probably relasing a gameplay video for them for SC2.

why would they sc2 gameplay videos are out already

who know all we know is the stone was destroyed who knows if hell froze over

To me, the eyes scream Protoss. While it may be an announcement of SC2 going gold, it could very well be anything.

I'm not holding my breath for Diablo III, as I can live without the game. I liked Diablo II, but I'm not going to be "ZOMG!! ITS DIABLO!!!11!!1!"

from what i've heard Diablo3 will be a psudo-mmo with factions of Good and Evil fighting against one another with 4 total races that can be played. This info is entirely word of mouth and I have no source or proof that any of that is true.

On the other hand, friend of mine came up with an interesting idea... what if... they are releasing an all encompassing game which will bring the worlds of Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo together into one amazing MMO- I personally doubt bliz or anyone else would have the manpower to actually pull off such a feat but it would be amazing non-theless.

When are we suppose to hear the official announcement?

If it's anything like Blizzcon, the opening ceremony of the first or second day. If I recall, WOTLK was day #2? I'd like to think tomorrow, but we'll see, right? I'm not gonna be able to sleep tonight. I hope its not MMO, why wreck what's already good? They might dabble with MMO stuff here and there, but I think they wont stray too far from Diablo 2's ways... I hope.

After reading about this, on so many sites and after reading so many opinions and solutions to what the images show..

First I doubt it's SC2 related.

Everyone knows it's in development, many videos about it have been released and also many info about it, only the release date is expected to be announced and I don't think they would choose Diablo anniversary to tell that has the BIG NEWS of the show..

WOW expansion is also in development, many videos about it have been released and also many info about it, only the release date is expected to be announced and I don't think they would choose Diablo anniversary to tell that has the BIG NEWS of the show..

So that makes sense being Diablo 3 or something completely out of Starcraft or Warcraft world..

What may happen is Diablo 3 announcement, SC2 and WOW expansion release date..

So my bet is in Diablo 3 announcement, SC2 and WOW expansion release date..

If it wasn't related to Diablo world, blizzard would already dismissed any info on being it..

And people would be expecting something not Diablo related and wouldn't get there hopes up..

Blizzard wouldn't let all this Diablo hysteria gone so far..

Also there are people outside of Blizzard who know what it is, don't forget a Blizzard game involves hundreds of people and not all work at Blizzard office.. And I haven't seen any official people deny Diablo game..

I'm a SC fan not so much on Diablo, but nonetheless it's great news a Diablo game :)

I read somewhere that the eyes kind of look like the Angel, Tyreal.

Wow, this just hit me. Check it out:

Protoss 1

Protoss 2

The eyes and brow ridge match up. Perhaps it's the announcement of a StarCraft 2 closed beta. Maybe, we'll even get a sneak peak at the new battle net. Remember, I said this first. :)

PS: The crystal overgrowth around the eyes looks strikingly similar to the crystals used in Protoss pylons.

I dunno but I just thought of a scenario of Blizzard, the night before, noticing all this Diablo 3 publicity, originally intending to release, oh let's say Warcraft 4, and then they're like, "Hey guys, D3 is getting tons of rumors and publicity, we've gotta get something for it and announce it." Then they show up with a piece of notebook paper with a sketch of Diablo on it, and then all the people are freaking out about the release and how, ".. oh wow it looks to real, check those GFX!" I dunno, just thought it was funny.

Actually why I don't think it's Warcraft 4, is because WOW is such a money cash cow right now, that they may have fear that it would make them lose some gamers on WOW for W4.. :)

Nah, I know. Personally I still think it's D3, but I was just coming up with another game name to enhance my picture, lol.

    • The proportion (or number of iterations) has nothing to with this aspect of Copyright I am describing. In short, it doesn't matter how many times the manager tells you to change something or how. Your work product is always YOURS until and unless you then assign that to the person representing the client/company, usually for financial compensation -- either in salary or as a subcontract work for hire payment. if iterations determined copyright, then businesses would have learned to just keep making changes until they could claim they owned the copyright, without having to compensate the artist for their work. And that would be BAD. The only place where the amount of changes does have a role is in how much does a human modify a previous public domain work (from any source) before it is considered fair use or their own work, etc. For example, if a human makes substantial changes to a public domain (re: AI, by definition) work, then they can then claim that derivative work as their own...but NEVER the original version, of course. That's why anyone can make a movie about Dracula, for example, as long as it is based on the public domain novel, but not if they take new ideas from copyrighted movies made afterwards. As one of the people who personally advised the US Copyright Office on their recent ruling on these very issues, be assured that I specifically used the terminology precisely -- though I made it simple enough for laymen to understand it. If I made this confusing by doing so, I apologize. But, to be clear regarding your assumption that I would agree to your second statement that I quoted above -- the answer is NO. If AI does the work, no matter how much "direction" you give it, it cannot be copyrighted. All AI generated content is in the Public Domain and therefore the copyright cannot be assigned to ANYONE, even you -- until and unless substantial modifications are made to it BY A HUMAN BEING (yourself or a contracted artist/writer/etc.) and then that copyright on the derivative work is legally (in writing) transferred to you. This is a critical distinction. And it is important that people, especially AI sloppers, understand this. For example, YouTube is not paying AI slop generators for the copyright, etc. of their AI slop. What YouTube is doing is sharing AD REVENUE for permission to publish your AI slop. Copyright/ownership/rights never come into it. Importantly, that means that anyone can copy any AI slopware on YouTube, etc. and rehost it anywhere they want, even back on YouTube, and there is nothing legal that YouTube can do about it with regards to copyright protections, ownership, DMCA, etc. Anyone is legally free to use any AI slopware in any way they want. When this ruling was pending, I warned Disney legal of all of this before they did their OpenAI deal -- that it would literally dilute their entire IP portfolio forever. They ignored that warning for the PR and stock bump. But that is why, when the ruling came down last year, Disney quickly extricated themselves from that OpenAI deal, even eating the initial upfront fees -- followed closely by OpenAI ending their entire AI video generating business model. They adjusted their PR release dates to make this less obvious to shareholders, of course. Phew. I hope that this clears up the key distinctions for you and anyone reading. If you have any additional questions or even hypotheticals about AI and Copyright, please feel free to ask.

    • Owing to the nature of Windows feature enablement updates, it was distributed over Windows Update services as a complete system upgrade rather than as an ordinary cumulative update
    • Microsoft confirms Windows 11 26H2, urges IT admins to prepare for release by Usama Jawad Windows 11 typically follows an annual update cycle, but Microsoft recently broke that tradition a bit by releasing a "26H1" version in the first half of this year as a "scoped" build for select new silicon PCs only. This version was not available for customers using 24H2 and 25H2 builds, as Microsoft is busy preparing version 26H2 for them, confirmed officially for the first time. In a Windows IT Pro blog, Microsoft has urged IT admins to prepare for the upcoming release of Windows 11 version 26H2. The company has confirmed that this will be a small enablement package (eKB) that will simply light up certain disabled features that are already present in the operating system's code base. This means that the "refined" Windows update and deployment experience will be simpler and quicker, with minimal disruptions, as the feature update will simply toggle a few flags rather than performing a complete replacement. Microsoft has explained that this is all possible because the standard Windows 11 releases share the same servicing branch and hence, the same source code. However, this also means that Windows 11 26H1 users won't be able to upgrade to 26H2 as that is a different branch, but this is something we have known for a while now. Similar to previous annual feature updates, Windows 11 26H2 will offer the following support cycles: 24 months of support for Home, Pro, Pro EDU, and Pro for Workstations editions 36 months of support for Enterprise, Education, IoT Enterprise, and Enterprise Multi-session editions Microsoft has not confirmed a concrete release date for Windows 11 26H2, but noted that it is "coming soon". If we go by the ongoing release cadence, we can expect it to begin rolling out in early October 2026. As such, IT admins have been encouraged to begin validating Windows Insider releases in the Experimental Channel, plan rollout rings, and strategize the utilization of their existing deployment tools.
