I just read the text... a comet hits the world? Sounds a lot like WC3 RoC :p.

Regardless, the trailer was amazing and the game play footage really has me wanting to get this game. Moreso than SC2.

How did I miss this? I must have been away from my computer, bad Scirwode :p ! I can't wait to play it, my only hope being that my notebook and my brother's notebook will be able to handle the game. Also, since a lot of people are going to start playing D2 again, I have a question I like to ask. Is there any way possible to enable widescreen support in the Windows version? I know the Mac version has it but I would like to know if there is a hack or something for the windows side.

It's too early to estimate Diablo III's release date. As with all Blizzard Entertainment games, our goal is to create a game that is as fun, balanced, and polished as possible. There isn't yet. Blizzard never announce release dates until they are sure it's release worthy softawre. Until then we have to be patient :)
