C&C Red Alert 3: Hell March Trailer

Ahh its good to see C&C making new games, i loved it on the PC not so keen on the 360 Version but it was good.

This one looks a little bit like Field Commander for the PSP, apart from the Units look so much cooler and theres no stupid rules for moving around!

I'm glad they have added the Sea into this version i used to love it on the PC with the woman who could swim and blow up opponent units! (I can't even remember the names it been that long!)

Is it for all Platforms because i think its going to have to be PC version this time!

:D

Her name was Tanya and don't you forget it because if she found out, she'd cut your balls off lol

I bet she would! I thought of a great idea for Multi player on C&C, have one Leader in charge of the main base (who can still attack and make units) then have 2 or 3 other people with smaller versions of bases that have to defend you as the main base!

What do you think?

I can see what your thinking but unfortuantley I don't believe that the "foaming at the mouth" typical online gamer likes to listen and since that play style requires communication and team work both of which will be ruined by consistent arguing about who gets the main base and "WaI dO I hAs To DeFeNd!?!"

I trust that they will balance multi player but I wouldnt bank on much change from Red Alert 2...

Those where not terror drones that jumped on the allied infantry in the trailer, they're the new machine gun "Sickle" walkers. They have a "jump" feature that allows them to jump onto higher terrain and jump back down when needed. Also since Japan (The Empire) is the new super-high tech side, and the 15 min in-game video had their mechs in it as well, it seems that japan will get them at some point.

I've kinda given up on the C&C series. Generals was awesome but C&C 3 was mediocre at best. Red aleart was supposed to be about tanks and realistic weapons....now they have all these crazy robots and stuff :s.

I wouldn't give up on it just yet but you would be right to have your reservations...

Just don't judge it before release ;)

Uhh red Alert was suposed to be about Tanks and realistic weapons?

Okay so lets see. Realistic weapons

Iron curtain, weather storm generator, PRISM tanks, Prism towers, Chronosphere, Iron curtain, Tesla troopers, Chrono troopers. Dont even get me started on Yuri's side about realistic weapons.

RA was not about realistic weapons. I see no problem in them adding new technology and unit ideas into the RA universe.

If you want realistic weapons - Wait for EA to release another version of Generals.

What makes RA so fun is the storyline - And how it manages to combine a "true history event" (with reference to the RA2 story) to futuristic items such as robots and prism tanks, which makes it look as if Red Alert is a representation of the future - Probably even WWIII.

But after watching the trailer I just have a few questions for EA.

1. Fine, water units looks cool, but would any country have the right mind to bring in 1,000,000,000,000 volts of electricity so close to water? Just one mistake and that could wipe out the whole navy with electrical currents everywhere

2. Graphics - I don't really care - Look at Super Mario: It didn't need Sate-of-the-art graphics to be one of the most popular games ever.

3. Will the storyline continue from Yuri's Revenge? (Where yuri gets safely locked up)
