I'm not gonna post every single little update that I've made to the whole visual style. You'll see it once it's released.

I'm currently taking a small break from BlueSE since I've worked on it for months since the WE series was released. I might update the beta with a few stuff and send that out to a few testers.

I just installed IE8 and when using Watercolor Emico, the buttons on webpages seem to have shrunk:

Is this happening to anyone else?

I have no idea why that's happening. I'll install IE8 once BlueSE is done so that I can see if I can squeeze the bug out.

Thanks!

(can't wait for BlueSE :yes:)

Disable this in Internet Options. That should help.

(Sorry, I don't know what it is called in English so I had to post a German screenshot. But you will it find probably.)

Yeah, I did that work-around a little soon after I noticed the bug.

I know, I gave you an answer to your suggestion :p I thought about updating the previews but I decided to not do it.

Since Emico has a shellstyle now, I can safely say that Emendo (BlueSE's current name) will have a shellstyle. It wont be in the same style as Emico's shellstyles though.

And here I thought you said Innuendo :p .

Haha, I've never even heard of that word. I've got a list with names which I had for Emico and that name isn't even in it :p

The final name probably wont be Emendo either since it sounds to much like Emico. It might become Novus, Denuo or maybe even Iterum. I don't know yet.

Are you going through the whole Latin dictionary then to find the right name :p ?

Scirwode

^You could say that :p Latin words just sound awesome and interesting. Like Denuo and Iterum, to me they sound very interesting and would trigger me to find out their meanings etc.

Here are the meanings to all 4 names:

Emendo = To free from faults, emend, edit.

Denuo = Again

Novus = Refresh

Iterum = Again, a second time, once more.

And Emico means "to shine" :)

    • Apple are scared of their customers! They have built a brand over the years of "it just works out of the box", but that slows innovation. Samsung's master stroke was the Galaxy Ultra: "Let's cram everything into one handset, make it so stupid only real nerds will love it, some of the features will work, some won't, but the audience will have such a high tolerance they won't care". Apple has no such device and so they are constantly worrying these days about the fallout of creating a new experience that customers might not like. I know it is often cited the reason they don't build a touchscreen Mac Book is they don't want to cannibalise the the iPad market, but I think it's equally cold feet after the criticism Microsoft receive trying to make a touch compatible desktop OS

    • So, an article that has nothing to do with Windows 11, still gets Windows 11 in the title and a build number as the picture? Dell have a buggy build of Support Assist HP have UEFI settings that need unlocking for the secureboot cert upgrade to take place.
    • What I can't seem to understand is that Google are paying SpaceX? Surely it would be the other way round, with SpaceX needing Google's datacenters etc.? Oh well, this level of money and power is way outside of my comprehension at the best of times.
