I would think it wouldn't be a problem as SDHC uses Fat32, which should have a limit of 32 gig. I'm not sure if the camera limits it further.

Honestly, I'd probably go for a higher class card so your pictures transfer faster to and from the card rather than getting a ginormous amount of space you'll probably never use. I shoot raw on my D80 and get 82 pics per 1gig. make that 32 gig and that's 2624 pictures. Will you ever use that in one outing?

I've actually used up 30 gbs on one outting, that was using all 2 and 4gb cards, i can actually get a 32gb for about 100 dollars. so cost wouldn't be an issue for me. I can get a 4gb for about 80 dollars at my local store.

I was also looking at a 16gb card, cause it seemed more cost effective ot me, to either get 32gb rather then a bunch of 4gbs or 8gbs.

I can also shoot up to 5000+ photos on one sitting. When I shoot I normally am not able to carry all my gear, so It was easier to just have one large card, then a bunch of small ones which I would end up losing on my treks through my town.

Normally 3 - 4 on average. But I usually do that once a month. Im usually out for about 5 - 6 hours and can easily polish that many off.

But back on topic.

So pretty much just stick with a bunch of smaller cards like at least a few 8gbs, instead of the 32gb?
