suspiria
Agreed...very awkward and inconsistent to use. I put mine back in the box after 2 weeks. The Razer Pro has yet to dissapoint. Completely agree. The Razer Pro is absolutely fantastic. Chicane-UK Veteran Posted July 7, 2008 Veteran Share Posted July 7, 2008 Have to admit I just put my Mighty Mouse aside after a couple of months of use. Its flat out hopeless for gaming and strange to use with Photoshop/InDesign for some reason with but otherwise it's ok. It's also quite easy to accidentally press at the wrong time (if you're not resting your hand on it correctly) - gone back to a trusty Microsoft mouse for now though reckon I should hunt out a nice light narrow Razer gaming mouse. wase4711
hard to believe Apple would use such a POS for its OE mouse.... I bet the next re-work of their machines brings a new mouse with it...they have to be aware that 95% of people hate that thing... sundayx Veteran Posted July 8, 2008 Veteran Share Posted July 8, 2008 I love squeezing my MM. Sorry do you mean ######? Any mouse without forward/back shouldn't be a mouse. instant.human
i think i might not know some english/american urban speech meaning for "MM". i was referring to Mights Mouse. thanks. :p Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/643786-mighty-mouse-not-so-mighty-after-all/page/2/#findComment-589542100 Share on other sites
GEIST
I agree, it's by far the worst mouse I ever used. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/643786-mighty-mouse-not-so-mighty-after-all/page/2/#findComment-589548814 Share on other sites
_bobcat_ Veteran Posted July 12, 2008 Veteran Share Posted July 12, 2008 I know this isn't recommended, but what I did when the scroll ball wasn't scrolling was to wipe the ball, turning it fiercely so it got wiped all the way round, with a cologne-impregnated tissue, the sort that come in foil sachets to keep them moist. It's worked a treat, at least so far (for a few weeks). I found the MM took a bit of getting used to after a Logitech one, but it looked so cool that I persevered. And now I really like that cute little scroll ball and find the mouse as a whole comfortable and easy to operate. I think that is very close to what Apple themselves recommend. Personally I like my Mighty Mouse, it's just a pain that it requires "maintenance" in the form of cleaning it >< Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/643786-mighty-mouse-not-so-mighty-after-all/page/2/#findComment-589548818 Share on other sites
roadgeek9
You see what I have for a mouse, that still works after 3 years (and hooked up to my Mac)? Logitech Click! Optical Mouse USB. Works perfectly fine, I have never had any problems with this. MasterC
So everytime you want to scroll a webpage you take your and off the mouse, and use the trackpad? man.... that's a real burden. I don't know about you, but I'm sure PureLegend has two hands. One on the mouse, one on the trackpad to scroll. That's what I do.
