brayan27
that's one hell of a machine they have there, ya.
PNWDweller
So, basically, you are not paying for the system, but the 1 year of technical support and in home warranty for the system. Sad part is... Most businesses would find this system reasonable and perfectly do-able. Let's look at it though - most businesses don't need a work horse system for gfx or gaming. So, for your spreadsheets, documents and daily emails, internet, this would be fine. HOWEVER, at that price no.
+jamesyfx Subscriber² Posted June 18, 2008 Subscriber² Share Posted June 18, 2008 Is that a complete joke? Sounds like it. 'Extended' one year warranty. :p haha I would expect no less than 2 years rtb warranty on a computer.
TheRealDave
I bought that system nearly 3 years ago and it still cost me less than that. Sigh.
metallithrax
Heres a similar system I bought 2 years ago for a similar price I will see what it would cost now (if they still sell the parts)

PNWDweller
Try the Falcon Northwest Bragging Rights Mach V. :p Base model is $12k USD. I used to work right across the way (Actually a parking lot and a small field) from that place. Very non descript. You walk in their front doors, nobody around, all in the back behind closed doors. Nice entry way though, but very pricey systems. You wouldn't know it from a regular business if you didn't know what they did there.
hyde+
Wow. You even get a two button mouse! Above system would cost about $300 built. Here is one similar to it http://www.directron.com/rm683aa.html
chrispinto
Without even bothering to look, you could self-build that for about $500 if not less Crazy money
