Untraceable (2008)

Yeah, this was a more of hack thread than a review.

But so be it, I'll review it as well:

The movie was alright, it was not too deep, somehow the character just didn't get into you, something is missing.

But all in all, it is a decent watch, 6.5/10

If there is a such thing as a main backdoor UI that people access. I'm looking for an application that can monitor what the 'hackers' are doing.

For example: A text based window that tells me every command that is being executed on my computer. Also in another window, a live video of what's happening. Like what is seen on that movie.

If I'm too much of a noob to have access to this kind of thing, or it is the type of thing that only authorities use, tell me. I have no idea about trojans, viruses, exploiting or hacking.

If this sort of stuff does exist, would it get me into trouble?

there is no "main backdoor UI"

the UI program you see in the movie does not exist. it is possible to make a program show what you want, but you'd have to pay someone to make it for you. the reason why it does not exist is because it's useless in the real world

as for the movie, it was alright i suppose. too unrealistic for me though :p
