has anyone had to deal with warranty or support issues with cooler master products lately?. I've been trying to resolve an New Fan issue and a Defective Front Panel Connector issue for weeks..and all emails to support have been ignored..so I went to their forum and found it full of complaint's about:

PSU RMA sent back month ago..no reply or PSU sent back (no reply from CM)

Rebate Checks Bouncing

still waiting on parts (after weeks)

no answers tech support phone number

new latches never sent as promised

PSU caught fire (no reply from support)

standoffs and screws missing from new case...replacements never sent as promised

Cosmos Power Button don't work...CM Acknowledged Defect..will send replacements...'never sent'

how do these people stay in business....LOL...I know I'm gonna avoid their products until things show some great improvement...thank god for newegg and 1yr replacement policy.
