Prime95 or ORTHOS for CPU as CrashGordon said, Memtest86+ for RAM. OCCT for CPU works as well.

I use ATITools to test for artifacting with my GPU overclocks, but I'm sure there are other programs you can use too (there was one with a funky name, but I can't remember what it is)

Prime95 and ORTHOS are not compatible with Vista. But I can use other tools :).

They are, I've seen tons of people use Prime 95 on Vista. :p

Yeah, that's what I guess since it's portable and support dual core. How long should I leave prime95 running in blend mode, 1hours ? I gave a quick glance at their forum but didn't find the answer.

8 hours stable should usually be fine. I just leave it on overnight so I end up getting like 10-11 hours most of the time.
