GameTrailers Video Review

Haven't watched it myself, just got back form playing in the snow, lol.

Though as to the earlier review, didn't like nazi influences, people take from what they know and can learn, and it just so happens that nazi's trying to take over the world is something that was well documented, but it doesn't really matter, there is always one, I await those odd sites you never here of giving it 6/10's trying to get hits.

Eurogamer is an "odd" site now? lol

Probably one of the most respected sites this side of the pond :p

Well its Eurogamer Germany, and I think their review sucked. :p

But meh, some really bad reviews coming out, well not really, but what's with the constant mentioning of no co-op? yes its not there, but other games don't have it as well and suddenly its a deciding factor?

And considering how great the game looks there's surprisingly nit picky bunch out there too.

I don't care about bad reviews, but only if they can give us a good argument as to why they gave it a low score, not not using lame excuses that are barely mentioned in any other reviews.

I kind of agree on the no co-op points though, as it has become a standard feature in FPS games for some time now (not to mention its branching out), to leave it out of a title which would suit it so well does deserve talking about. It won't stop the game being great, but it could have been better is their point I think.

As for the other negatives like aiming/story/AI, it's all gonna come down to personal preference of the reviewers mostly and if they think its good enough. As long as neither of them are broken and the story is somewhat enjoyable then gamers won't care for the best part.

I said it before, it's because of the way this game is squad based and you're only without your squad one or two times it would lend it's hand really well to Co-Op.

Unlike something like FEAR, where you're alone. Or RE where you're supposed to be alone

However docking points for it would be harsh, as due to the technicalities of the game, it's clear trying to keep a solid framerate and do Co-Op just wasn't working. I'd rather have it missing, than a bumpy framerate journey, something which would get a lot more negative bashing.

Online Co-Op would've been the only real feasible option, something we may see in the future? But I still doubt it.

KZ3 will most likely have it as standard, as Guerilla keep the KZ2 engine, refine it and get more out of the PS3.

I wish they updated the store on a Tuesday, its snowing outside and I'm going nowhere, perfect time for a demo. :D

The only problem I have is the seemingly docking points because of it, I have no problem with it being mentioned, I totally agree, you spend the game with your squad, at least most of it, I would have loved for co-op, definitely.

Hell I'd love to go through with Kol the invincible, but using it as some excuse is lame. :p

Oh AB will you ever give RE a break rofl.gif It's "supposed" to have new controls, but its "supposed" to be an old style of gameplay!

There's no pleasing you tongue.gif

Lets not mention RE5 after that controls fiasco, lol.

The games getting awesome scores, it doesn't really matter if a few dock points. It's clear it's a AAA title, so the only people who'll be splitting hairs are those who are like "HOLY **** MY GAME HAS METACRITIC 95, YOURS HAS 94. MY GAME IS 100000x better".

Hahaha the best Co-Op experience you'll get with KoL is setting up a MP game, putting a password on it, then you and KoL play against 16 bots on hard :p

You know...

Halo 3 got 9.5 from IGN, KZ2 got 9.2 :shiftyninja:

z0mg ftw!!1!

Pfft, n00b. :p

The normal IGN review gave Halo 9.5 and K2 9.4, thats all that matters. :p

Though I don't get how IGN get their overall scores, Halo 3 got 10,10,10 9,9 from the us which ended up with 9.5, but the UK got 10, 9.5, 9, 8, 8 but still got 9.5.

And I know it says not average, but still, peculiar scores in the end.

Ah well.

Lets be honest reviews mean jack, I love my Xbox but honestly Halo sucks so badly I have no idea why so many people actually enjoy playing it!

lol, I really enjoyed the first one, but didn't get the fuss over the 2nd and 3rd.

Btw, KZ2 drops feb 27th right? I read on a Dutch site the 25th, but I couldn't find a store that said that...

Quote fail! :p

But yea, Europe get it 25th, Uk/Us 27th.

/off topic

Well this morning so far I have had six hash browns with marmite, a pack of rolos, two kit kat chunkys and a bag of fish and chip crisps! and I'm contemplating a subway sandwich for lunch; foot-long steak and cheese I think :p

Are those the Walkers Fish and Chip crisps?

What did you think of them? they smelt like Fish and Chips, but tasted odd ,lol.

And why the Playfire Trophy sig but no trophies?

I thought that they were horrible, the onion bhaji ones are pretty nice; I've only tried thou two flavours so far.

You have to manually input all trophies in for the PS3 which sucks ballss, why they can't have a system like xbox live where it puts them online on a server I know not its really rather irritating!

I have only tried those two as well, and I would agree that the onion bhaji ones are better than the fish and chips, I want to try that squirrel one though, lol.

And yea, its because no one can access the API, not even Sony have done it yet, its silly really, I have no doubt it will happen eventually though.

The only reason I ahve mine and keep it somewhat updated is so Soniqstyls and Kol keep striving for betterness. :p
