ok, i downloaded watercolor v4.3, but if you're mirroring 2.1.1, can i assume that i've downloaded another person's mod? or are you mirroring an old version because it was popular?

Watercolor and Watercolor Lite are two different things. Read the first page of this thread.

Current versions:

Watercolor: 4.3

Watercolor Lite: 2.1.1

Basically watercolor lite is a little bit more compact with a smaller taskbar/menus etc.

Where can I get the 4.3?

Whats the difference?

I said the difference in the quote that you just did. Also, it says the difference in the first page of this thread.

I just deleted the watercolor installation file so i cant help ya there.

I just noticed something that I never really thought of as a bug at first, until I went back to Luna after a fresh install and happened to go to the same window.

Seems the cursor and the text aren't in total agreement in property sheets. Is this a known bug? Is it just a matter of font? o.O I'm a little too lazy to go into extensive testing, I just know I don't see this in other themes I've looked at.

Been wondering about Watercolour 4.3 myself, only version I can find is 4.2 :( on ThemeXP site, I have given up on searching on DeviantArt, their search facility is a bit crappy to say the least, cant find the haystack with it, let alone the needle :(

Watercolor 4.3 has been discontinued. I'm only working on the thin taskbar version now. Maybe someday in the far off future, I might update 4.3 to only fix bugs.

force2k - that gap will always be there because the title bar uses a transparent image to give the 'thin' look, the only way to overcome it is to expand the image upwards to cover the transparent part and recompile the VS via StyleBuilder  ....

Radish.

Have you thought of including a "small start panel" like b0se uses in his themes? - I think it would be a great addition.

Absolutely not :) I dislike that type of start menu very much :) (no offense to the slim start menu styles). But you guys can easily open it up in stylebuilder and change the margins yourself.
