I'd say more about the money...box office take is king when it comes to sequels.

and it opened to over $50m but that's still a low projection....there's seriously alot of hate for this movie on some movie sites/magazines

I'd score it 7.5 to 8/10.

I agree with everything you had to say. I'd give it 6.5/10 mainly because of the lame script. It's an origin movie so I did cut it a little slack. Also, besides the special effects (saw it in 3D, just awesome) I really like Ryan Reynolds and thought he did a great job, all things considered. Because of the scriot I didn't think Parralax was that interesting either.
