+Audioboxer Subscriber² Posted August 29, 2008 Subscriber² Share Posted August 29, 2008 Some have been complaining lately that the PS3 is lacking in JRPGs, but most people forget that White Knight Story was mentioned in a Sony presentation as a game that will launch this fiscal year ending in April 2009. All we have from the PS3-exclusive Level-5 RPG thus far has been infrequent updates of screenshots and concept illustrations. But a tease on the official websites at Sony Japan and Level-5 tells us that's all about to change: "The days of wakening are coming soon." The release date for White Knight Chronicles in Japan is December 11th, 2008 for the price of ?6980. Here is what the magazine states: PS3白騎士物語 12月11日予定、6980円 For those who aren't fluent in Japanese (such as I), it basically says what I just told you. We await TGS '08. ScrawlFX CONFIRMED: White Knight Chronicles to be at TGSPlayStationOnline.com, a French PlayStation blog, has confirmed that White Knight Chronicles will be appearing at Tokyo Game Show 2008. Level 5's latest RPG is due out in Japan by March 2009, and worldwide a few months later. Tokyo Game Show will be held from October 9 to October 12.
