I have gone off Firefox as of late. It just seems...sluggish at times. I thought I'd have a try of Google Chrome to see what all the fuss was about - and I find it a lot more responsive, quicker initial load etc. In the past I've found that Opera is quicker than Firefox, but now I think it's slower than Chrome.

I'm just speaking from my experience of course, I don't care what xDailyTekEMagazeen.net/blog/tech/news say in their benchmarks - I like to try a range of products and then I choose the one that I like the most.

For speed: Google Chrome. For functionality: Firefox. For a mix of the two: Opera.

Apparently, they're going to put some sort of plugin system in Chrome, which will allow the functionality to be at Firefox's level. Hopefully they won't mess it up and bloat the browser and slow it down.
