Pill Question (BSN Nitrix)

Is there any downside/harm to chewing a pill? I have a horrible gag reflex and can not sallow pills. Please no tricks on how to take pills or anything else, I just need the question answered.

The only downside i can see (going by experience of opening up a vitamin pill) is you will most likely unleash some pretty putrid taste by doing so. Also, that product is MUCH cheaper at bodybuilding.com's store. Also... going by reviews, Nitrix sucks monkey balls. I too am looking around for NO to try, i think i might get Super Pump 250 (or as some people call it, Super Dump).

the only downside is probably gonna be a hellacious taste. if you're going to taste it, you might as well run it through a coffee grinder or something and mix it with water to be sure you don't get chunks stuck in your teeth or anything.

but man... it's gonna be godawful.

and nitrix is... meh. like idpp said, super pump 250 is good and i've liked NO Shotgun in the past.

BSN makes quality stuff as does ON. Some products work better for some than others. Back in my bodybuilding days (before I injured my knee and gained back 70 lbs) id swear by BSN.

I'm currently stacking syntra 6, no explode, and cell mass. I've gained 5 lbs last week. I'm assuming about 1lb is water weight.

I use to be a real heavy lifter. 5/6 days a week. Currently I'm 165 lbs 6'1 around 6% body fat. I use to be 190 lbs and 5/6% body fat.

But looks like I'll be ordering some nitrix tonight with some 100% juice to wash it down. Also i usually buy my stuff at massnutrition.com or dpsnutrition.com

I tried super pump and NO shotgun and the taste was pretty bad after a month. Blah.

yeah, the flavor of no shotgun is... intense. it's one of those things that you've gotta brace yourself for.

but by golly did it make me want to jump through the roof, though. :D
