Arpit
so i'm looking at LCD tvs for the bedroom. it's an apartment so i don't want the whole home theatre set up there, i think the TV alone would suffice. i'm debating between 27" and 32" (need to measure my viewing distance and all) and my budget is <1,000 CDN. what would you recommend? i've been looking at: Samsung LN32A550 Samsung LN32A650 Samsung LN27A450 Sony, Sharp and Panasonic i'm not 'partial' to any particular brands but my personal experience has been good with samsung displays and i find the sony premium to be a little steep for the value. thanks! +Mystic MVC Posted September 15, 2008 MVC Share Posted September 15, 2008 I currently have a Samsung LN32A550 in my dorm room. It looks just amazing and is about the perfect size for a dorm room. I also set it up in my bed room and home before I moved in and it worked just as good as it does in the dorm room. Arpit
both are tempting though from the looks of it sony is out of my price range...the 13% tax here in ontario is quite a deal-killer. thanks though. i looked up some comparisons between samsung 550 and 650 and besides the wiselink think, there's little difference other than the dnie+ and dnie+ pro...any idea on what the difference here approximately is? i can't find 550 at samsung.ca ...discontinued? 450 is still there..
