I was right abou ribbons for Paint, WordPad. Good move Microsoft. Now let's just get rid of damn ugly black theme. I hope they update IE8 and Windows Explorer with Ribbon as well. And please don't ship 32bit version...useless.

Well I have a Core Duo that's a 32bit only processor and I'd hate to be limited to just Vista ;)

Hope they release WMP12 on 7 too

Core Duo is a laptop cpu, yes.

It does not support x64

The "pillars" that were supposed to be in vista, are not even in this build.. so yes, it is.

They have to prioritize what is important and what is not important...I don't know what you're expecting from 7, but MS has the say for what to include and what not to include.

Vista already allows you to drag gadgets out from the Sidebar and put them anywhere on your Desktop.

By its shape it looks odd and out of place to me vs the search icon on OS X's menu bar which looks more "natural". Or maybe its just the way different color of the weird shape that makes it look out of place.
