I've fallen victim to my coworkers' assumption that I can fix anything that's wrong with their computers. I work in the purchasing department, but just because they see me use a couple of key commands, they think I'm an IT guy disguised as a purchasing agent. Anyway, I have just relented to it all and figure why not submit, and get myself knowledgeable enough to have some answers. Besides IT techs get paid more than purchasing agents.
