Besides, if you mess something up in there, you could even keep the Windows from booting correctly. Do you really want that? I like having the verbose messages display in Vista (it can be enabled) and in Server 08 (they are on by default) And it's a lot less dangerous than hacking the logon.exe.mui file... You dont have to do all the things he did in the tutorial, all i did was to load the file into restorator, change the line in the text file, save and voila.
