GAME are having a sales on a few games in their chart in store.

Prince of Persia, Mirrors edge etc were ?25.

Some posted a sales on the xbox360 sku's in Zavvi in the xbox topic.

there is also one on the Ps3, think the price was close to the ?250 mark.

i only saw the offers at a glance when walking past.

PlayTV for ?39.99 - http://www.additionsdirect.co.uk/rf/add/p....&SNu=pca_id

?30 off order of ?60+ZG872/b>

It's calling to me ...

Do you know how long this offer is going to last? Or am I just going to have to impulse buy i:laugh:gh:

Does it upscale by any chance?

Yes I believe so, can't find it on the box but I'm pretty certain it was mentioned in the reviews/advertising for it :)

Only downsides I can think for it really are that there is no series link and also the bootup time to actually get to start watching the TV is quite slow (20-30 seconds) Other than that I love it :D

Does anyone have any deals for Eternal Sonata or Valkyria Chronicles?

I'm kind of disapointed how you can get Eternal Sonata for the 360 for ?10 - but it's still roughly ?40 (price listed on play; video games plus is ?34). Valkyria Chronicles is also ?40, however you can import that for roughly ?31.

I figured I should be nice to the PS3 fanboys of Neowin seeing as its xmas after all :p So here is the full line up of Game's Boxing day sale!

Credit goes to my good man King Antonius!

I want Ratchet and Clank for as cheap as :p

I've been playing Banjo Nuts and Bolts, and while I'm getting fairly into it I reaaaally want to play a decent proper 3D platformer right now :)

I want Valkyria Chronicles.

Yeah, it's getting tons of praise from the underground scene, but it's not going that cheap anywhere :(

I want it as well, and would snap it up if it came down to ?20 like a lot of the other PS3 games on offer just now.

Shopto is the cheapest.

I know, but I want it at that ?9.99 price ta:rofl:l:

Fallout 3 Collectors Edition - ?24.99

http://www.play.com/Games/PlayStation3/4-/...n/Product.html#

I'd say that's a really good grab seeing as most places are selling the original version at ?24.99!

LBP now ?17.99 on Amazon!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-Little-Big-Pl.../dp/B0019CGTXK/

edit: Ah thought it was Amazon, it's picking up a market place seller at ?17.99 with crap postage prices. Seems shopto is still the best then at ?20 all in - http://www.shopto.net/page.php?page=dettag...mp;platform=PS3

You can get VC from Gamestation for ?20 I got it from there and it is GOTY material in my eyes.

VC as in Valkyria Chronicles?

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!

Gotta get my ass down to Gamestation.

The very same sir! It is a bargain price for what could be one of the best games on the PS3

Yeah I hear nothing but praise for it.

Is it new?

Wonder if it's all gamestations, as online they still want like ?40.

    • Anybody that thinks flying cars were possible are idiots. Everyone would basically need a pilot licence, can you imagine how insane and dangerous that would be, people can barely handle driving on land safely right now.

    • Waymo recalls self-driving software after cars enter closed freeway work zones by Paul Hill Waymo, the self-driving car maker owned by Alphabet – the parent company of Google –, has recalled some of its fifth-generation Automated Driving Systems (ADS). It did so after some of its cars drove through closed construction zones. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the affected vehicles were capable of driving through a closed freeway construction zone and continuing to drive at speed. The listing on the NHTSA website says that Waymo is currently developing a solution to fix this issue, but in the meantime, freeway driving is being restricted. Waymo will update its ADS software so that vehicles can detect when they can avoid entering construction zones. According to the Safety Recall Report, on April 20, 2026, Waymo’s Field Safety Committee began meetings reviewing an event from April 11, 2026, and five events from April 19, 2026, where Waymo’s autonomous vehicles didn’t recognize and drove past ramp closure signs into the pre-planned freeway construction zones. This took place in Phoenix, Arizona. Separately, on May 18, 2026, seven Waymo vehicles entered freeway lanes with active construction in the San Francisco Bay Area by driving between cones that were placed to show the lane was closed. On the back of both of these events, Waymo restricted freeway driving until it could address the issue. In June, Waymo’s Safety Board reviewed the issue and additional information related to ADS performances around construction zones; then, as a result, it decided to conduct a recall. This development is not good for Waymo as it adds to a growing list of technical hiccups its cars have experienced. Ultimately, it will lead to more scrutiny from lawmakers around the world who will be more cautious about letting autonomous vehicles on their roads without tighter regulation. For readers in areas where Waymo operates, does this news make you more wary about stepping into one of these vehicles?
