Does anyone know what claim rights I have if someone is using my image in a game product?

I can't be very specific, but is a christian based game which is not free, you have to pay for it. The game designer is someone that I meed before, to apply for work, they got my photo because I have it in my resume. My photo was not to be used in a game product. My photo image is like half of my body.

When you applied did you read any terms of applying for the job? You may have been opt'd-in automatically by applying for the job.

I read all terms and does not say that they will use my image in a game product.

It doesn't have to be that specific, you might've just granted them usage rights to the image, then they can do wtf they like with it ;)

I guess with the whole image thing is that you can approach them, tell them to take it out or you will sue. Ask them to provide proof of their rights to use the image (just make sure you take all copies of their policy just incase they add something and consult a lawyer first on your rights.

I would be ticked off as well and if they are not paying you for your image being in their, than thats against the law (illegal use of image...I don't know what laws are in your country though).

Err.. your leaving us in the dark dude. What part of your body is in the game, if its not your face, then it's going to be difficult to provide proof and evidence that supports your claim.
