More specific plz. How did they get it? Which game? Did you unwittingly release it to the public domain? Is the game free? What kind of image is it?

I can't be very specific, but is a christian based game which is not free, you have to pay for it. The game designer is someone that I meed before, to apply for work, they got my photo because I have it in my resume. My photo was not to be used in a game product. My photo image is like half of my body.

Are you naked? What is it that they are doing with the "image" of you? Are you going to sue for millions? Also, why on earth do you not just have a head shot in your resume, what's with "like half of my body"?

I guess with the whole image thing is that you can approach them, tell them to take it out or you will sue. Ask them to provide proof of their rights to use the image (just make sure you take all copies of their policy just incase they add something and consult a lawyer first on your rights.

I would be ticked off as well and if they are not paying you for your image being in their, than thats against the law (illegal use of image...I don't know what laws are in your country though).
