Nor me :s

Decryptor using his own image thumbnails I see :p

(inside sub joke btw)

It's the whole reason I wrote the script in the first place :p

And if nobody can guess it, I won't leave another cryptic clue then. Zoey has 3 hands in the No Mercy poster.

Oh yeah I see it now :p

i probably will buy it but not for the game itself, just the online component.

i own HL1 and HL2 and a stack of mods. i've never actually played the single player in HL1 and i played HL2 for about 20 minutes just to look around. it's all about the mods and online. i'm hoping this game will be good online.

I've only just played this after having the installed the demo for so long and so far my experience has been a bit mixed. On the upside, the game does throw in a lot of zombies, I've lost count the number of times I nearly died if one of my team mates hadn't fired a shot at the right time in my direction. I do like the fact that your name comes up when you've killed one of the 4 main zombies, such as The Smoker or Witch. However, they're are annoying, especially The Boomer when it explodes on you and all you see in front of you is hordes and hordes of zombies, but it does add to the gaming experience. I also feel the sound effects and ambience are very good, as it instantly reminds me of the Resident Evil games, I made a mistake of playing the game at night and when I heard the cries of The Witch, I chicken out by running away   .

On the downside, some of the weapons are a bit underpowered in my opinion but that does add to the whole survivor aspect. Also, I have to admit that playing by yourself is no fun at all. This game is best played with your friends, the problem with me though is that most of my friends are either busy studying or busy working  .

It's certainly a game that I would buy in the future, it's just that I seriously do not have the time to enjoy it. Right now, I'm just waiting for NFS: Undercover as I can certainly sneak in some time playing it when I'm working :p .

Scirwode

Yeah :D The witch .. Oh boy.. I played it midnight and damn she kept crying and i was on the mic on the Xbox 360 and kept saying "Shut up you Bitch" Then people are like YEAH STFU :D Some guy just left the game rofl it was hilarious i love it makes it creepy and the crying is a good way to give you a creep..

Played the demo a couple of times, offline and online. My thoughts:

- I still get a chuckle out of those movie posters. Just like I was laughing quite hard at the TF2 freezecam shots when I saw them for the first time. :p

- I haven't managed to survive through Expert on the second demo level. First time going through it, the game threw a Tank inside the subway car and I went down. Another time, it spawned a witch near the subway cars and I went "hmmmm, let me check out the cor- OH S***!" and got raped. Other times, boomers kept spawning and that took out my team. The last time, while playing online, in the warehouse on the second level a friend decapitated and killed me while a hunter pinned me down. :pinch:

- Last night while playing on an online server, one person would go into a lagging loop. They'd get the reconnecting message over and over while everyone was alright. While it was doing that for me the console turned into some huge glitched up mess with giant pixellated fonts.

- Had two ###### do nothing but teamkill at the spawn. Kicking in this game is effective and fast.

- I heard there's a server browser, will that be selectable from the game's UI?

- This must be Valve's most consolized UI ever. At least it doesn't entirely suck, but a UI more along their other Source games would be better.

- I find myself charging into battle too frequently and unnecessarily. So I end up attracting the horde and getting friendly fire from teammates.

- There was this one game last night where at the first level, this one guy ran FAR ahead of us and set off a car alarm while we were all still cooped up inside the house.

Yeah just noticed that and ordered a copy! :) Save ?10 over the steam price. Why is it released on the 21st for the DVD copy when it is released on the 17th on steam?

Because it encourages people to buy the Steam version rather than waiting and thus they get more ???.

only 4 1/2 hours till i can play! so tempting. i keep clicking on the icon seeing if i can get in early lol. yay for preordering/downloading on steam. 11pm cntrl time.

I am waiting for those short hours as well, WOOOOO!

    • BATorrent 3.0.2 by Razvan Serea BATorrent is a lightweight, open-source BitTorrent client built with modern C++ and Qt 6, offering a clean, fast, and privacy-focused alternative to traditional torrent apps. It supports magnet links, .torrent files, resume data, sequential downloading, per-file priorities, and even imports from qBittorrent. Power users benefit from integrated RSS auto-download with regex filtering, duplicate detection, and automatic tracker lists from Stremio. Streaming is seamless thanks to auto-detected players like VLC and IINA. BATorrent includes robust VPN tools—interface binding, auto-detection for WireGuard-based services like Mullvad and NordLynx, kill switch, proxy support, and IP filtering. A full WebUI enables remote control, while integrations with Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby automate library updates. With themes, speed scheduling, system-tray alerts, and cross-platform support for Windows, Linux, and macOS, BATorrent delivers a polished, high-performance torrenting experience. It now looks like the same product, not a separate dashboard. Pairing is one tap and zero typing: the generated WebUI password is now copyable, and the QR code carries the credentials — scanning it from your phone logs straight in (no typing the IP or password), then drops the credentials from the address bar. Search Two new providers: RuTor (CIS sources, no login, via a public TorAPI relay) and Torrents-CSV. Results are sorted by seeders (healthiest first), and each search now times out after 15 s so one dead provider can't hang the UI. Files & trackers Per-file priority is back: right-click a file in the detail panel to set Skip / Low / Normal / High. Rename an individual file inside a torrent (double-click or the file menu), separate from renaming the torrent. Remove a tracker from a torrent (the ✕ on a tracker row); adding was already there. Smart Paste on Ctrl+V — paste a magnet, a 40-char info-hash, or a .torrent URL straight from the clipboard and it's added immediately (text fields still paste text normally). Covers & titles Anime fansub naming ([Group] Title - NN) now resolves to the right show. Audio channel layouts in titles (DDP5.1, 7.1, …) are stripped so they don't pollute cover matching. Under the hood The legacy QWidget interface is gone. QML had been the only UI since 3.0.0 (reachable old code lived behind a hidden --legacy flag); with parity confirmed, the entire QWidget layer — main window, every dialog, the theme manager — was removed (~13,400 lines). The four restored actions above were features that backend already supported but the QML port had never wired. macOS: the WebUI password hash moved out of the keychain into app settings, so launching the app no longer pops a login-keychain password prompt on unsigned builds. The actual password still lives in the keychain. Cleanup: ~400 orphaned translation strings and a batch of dead code removed; internal duplication collapsed; an ARCHITECTURE.md added for contributors. Unit / security / memory tests and the ASan/UBSan/TSan sanitizers stay green. • How about a global switch to turn the awful things off instead of a registry hack? Then everyone wins.
    • This doesn't strike me as so shocking when... " IT admins do have some control over this rollout. If they choose to opt out, devices in their tenant won't automatically get the dreaded Copilot app"
