Digsby has its own webcam @ voice via a website, so the other user has to go and click on a click to get webcam/voice, I'm not sure on audio to directly connect to Microsoft.... I've been using Digsby really since it first came out and its great. few little bugs somtimes but you can live with them and they do get fixed.
