Not really. At any given time, Neowin has approximately 2500-3000 guest users browsing the forums and all have them have access to see this thread. So, the benefit from having these types of giveaways are to register the guest users and grow the community. The times seem iffy to me. They register, post within 1-2 minutes, and then the next register happens after that post. So technically, all those posters should have the same IP address
