^I had that as well. There were missions where you had to dress in formal and I was in full gear (suited up) except for the shoes and they told me I wasn't and I had to drive all the way back to change.

The clothing was acceptable, but the game script didn't bother checking that.

Same as when Packie told me to get dressed nicely for a mission.

Edit: Also, the smearing filter is terrible, wish I could turn it off without patching game files.

Just got this game yesterday. It's amazing!

Runs SO well on my computer. I love it, honestly.

Online is so much fun too.

Not sure about Xbox360 + Windows Live working together though?

GTA IV Save File Locations

• Windows Vista: "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\savegames"

First thing's first, backup the folders in bold. Then, uninstall and reinstall GTA IV and Games for Windows ? LIVE. Once that's done, copy and paste the backed up folders to their respective directories.

Yeah I still cant play this as it looks utter crap on my "old" 7900 nvidia.

Its the only game I have which doesnt work; all my other games still look great! Therefore not yet time to upgrade to the Zotak 9800 GTX+ I have my eye on...

I had a processor of the same speed and the same amount of RAM but an 8800 GTS and it run like poop.

Low/Medium.

I have a 3ghz C2D, 2 gigs ram, 512mb 9600GT and I get less than 25fps even when all settings are on low. Putting settings higher doesn't seem to make much improvement to the graphics though, theyre always quite jagged and fuzzy.

Benchmark is rather useless, it always gives around 10fps more than you get ingame.

You'll need, at least, a Core2Quad Q9550 with an HD 4870 1GB and 4GB of RAM to break the 35 FPS mark at 1680x1050 (max details, 50% view distance).
