Just updated from TuneUp 2008 and it found around 900 new registry problems to clean, and I was running 2008 a few times a week, fixing any registry problems, with no more than 100 problems between each run. In other words, it found loads more things to clean from my registry compared to 2008. Not to mention all the suggestions it made I (after reviewing them) ended up changing. With 2008 I ended up hiding most of its suggestions. So it makes (IMO) much better suggestions about services and startup programs.

Thanks for the post, 2009 improved upon most of the faults I found with 2008 (at least, in terms of its suggestions).

EDIT: Though I did find one bug, when I had it delete broken shortcuts (such as those left behind by a bad uninstaller) after it deleted them it said:

Removed 9 verkn?pfungen.

Which I suppose is "Links" in German as "Verkn?pfung" is "Link" in German.

Kinda odd considering everything else is English.

Also one bug I noticed back in 2008 even, the yellow blocks in defragmenting says it stands for "In process", IMO at least, it should be "In progress".......nothing that will stop me from using their great product, but the German word out of nowhere was kinda funny.

Arguments.. I like the program, the newer versions arent something special tho but it really makes it quicker to control and customize ur os . no doubt bout it

I reviewed it earlier for my blog. The registry cleaner has improved drastically but there is still room for improvement. Integration with opera is also a bit buggy. The new system optimiser though is simply awesome.
