**Edit 8:15pm**

Very sorry about the delay here. The PSN outage really set us back a while but things are picking up again. And apologies for the delay in updates, I had to get home to continue with this. Looks like we're not far off now though.

I'm back in, just checked out the shopping centre, all the items that were free the other day you have to pay for now. ?0.59 for the hoody, think the other items were the same price. Heh, glad I (like everyone else on here I'm guessing) got all the items when they were free, even the ones I wasn't keen on.

The new areas don't seem to be on yet either.

Just got the Namco beta stuff that you can also use in HOME, from the Jap store. 5th option down (blah blah blah .PV) then the first item (big red n) 106 MB. You have to install it from your games menu once downloaded.

By the way TIME, who'd you'd usually expect to be good with checking their facts dropped a pretty bad one

http://www.time.com/time/business/article/...1865789,00.html

According to them only 200,000 people in the US own a PS3, 16,800,000 people in the EU/Japan

Update:

http://www.gamezine.co.uk/news/formats/xbo...036;1253917.htm

I'm pleased to announce that TIME has edited their article. The sentence now reads:

"Starting today, owners of the pricey PlayStation 3 ? there are nearly 17 million of them worldwide, a scant 200,000, for the month of October, of whom live in the U.S. ? can download the software for free via Sony's PlayStation Network."

Let me say that again, in case you missed it; "a scant 200,000, for the month of October, of whom live in the U.S."

That might happen to be the one of the worst constructed sentences I've ever read, in my entire life, in the United Kingdom, which is where I live, sometimes, unless it's holiday time.

Does the edit mean that 200,000 PlayStation owners were living in the U.S. in the month of October? TIME what has happened to you?

I was in for a while in Plaza, then I went to my home now I am kicked out!

    • Did Labour lose big? They had losses there is no doubt. However let's look at the reality. The conservatives have 168 councils I believe. Labour have 113 and Reform...38. That's a lot of growth for Reform granted. But that is not a wipeout, Reform don't have the majoring in fact at 76 I believe the Liberal Democrats have nearly twice the councils Reform do. So I am thinking there is a lot more noise than signal going on here. Now then let's talk about the law. It's an age restriction. We do it for cigarettes, **** and alcohol. This idea that some kids will find there way around it so it's not worth even trying is really really sad. Hell we can't stop every murder. Should we stop trying there too? That is the logical conclusion.
    • A game not selling doesn't mean the people working on it did "bad work". It reviewed decently well. It was also on gamepass on release.
