You know you've been on Neowin too long when...

Recommended Posts

when ever you wake up and check neowin...whenever you go to sleep you check neowin...hell whenever you use WAP on your cell you check Neowin!!!

or when a teacher asks you a question and your like "ahh wheres the Quick Reply Box!!"

CRAZY!!!

That's what I did minus the teacher part.

i wasnt a member back then, but i was constantly viewing the site...

i remember when keldyn wasnt a mod

Pretty incredible how it happened though. I just sent off a note to Redmak one day asking if he could use any extra help. I told him i would like to contribute and he wrote me back saying he was just about to ask me if i would consider joining! It still amazes me... lol

...when you remember scooby

oh my god!

i remember him!

i wonder what ever happened to him tho...

oh well, heres mine:

you change your homepage to google.com to be a little more productive, but end up having to type in neowin.net everytime you start a browser

hehe :D

in between checking posts you run downstairs to watch some tv :)

A TRUE neowinian has no need for that. He watches TV in a window on his PC whilst browsing neowin. :D

I remember when Keldyn wasn't a mod, that was a looong time ago wasn't it :p I have spent waaaaaaaaaaay too much time here, that's for sure! I registered early on in my visits so I've got a nice low member number but not a huge post count to go with it ;)

A little over a year ago I became a mod.... i think? :D

    • IBM are good at announcing stuff, but not at actually delivering it... How many decades ago did they announce quantum computers, and here we are in 2026, with CHINA delivering them, and IBM still talking...
    • It sounds like you’re trying to rewrite a narrative to align this layoff with your political beliefs. Games can be horrible, whatever backwards notions you have don’t change that bungie has problems, mostly with just bad games, and arrogance. When they pushed Microsoft to let them be independent they lost their way. They hired on a bunch of people and they couldn’t justify the employee count consistent with their revenue.
